Barry was the team leader and was an excellent communicator and a perfectionist for the quality and workmanship. Mark and Darius were professional, highly competent and personable team members. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. West Shore handled the permits, ordering the product and the install. The team kept everything neat and cleaned up. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation and finished project. Five star !!

Louie and Brandon were prompt, detail oriented, friendly and focused on doing their best ! They worked diligently together as a great team, proud of their work. It showed. I was very pleased And my bathtub/shower is impressive. I would highly recommend this company.

Timely and efficient

The whole process was easy. We had to reschedule the installation of our bathtub a few times because my husband was in an accident. But Westshore was very accommodating and made rescheduling easy. On installation day Daniel and Shawn were great! They arrived early and were very efficient, professional and nice. There was minimal dust, were very clean when sawing and taking out old hardware and they even vacuumed twice before they left! They made sure we liked the product before leaving. We are very satisfied with west shore home!

The salesman, Tyler Baldwin, walked us through both walk-in showers. Helped us pick the materials we needed. Very helpful and courteous. Price was where I had figured it would be. Scheduling was easy and we didnâ t have to wait weeks for installations on both showers. The installers called and showed up on time, Barry A. and Darius M., introduced themselves and walked us through the installation of both showers. Made sure floors were protected and cleaned up all of the old tubs and carted them away. Then at the end of both installations explained what and what not to do with our new showers. I definitely will use them again. Thank you again West Shore Home.

Hired West Shore Home to remodel our master bathroom shower. The old one was removed to the studs and a new virgin acrylic shower installed with an upgraded shower head. The work was labor intensive, but the 2 workers I had, Fabian F and J.T. stayed on task the entire time and got done a bit ahead of time. The work was very professional and the finished product actually gave us a few extra inches all around when all was said and done. Highly recommend them for tub or shower remodels.

We had a shower enclosure installed. Old bathtub was removed. Darrius W. & Isiah G. were our installers & they were professional, worked well together, hard-working & prompt in their arrival time. They were also personable & cleaned up after the job. (Surprise, AZ)

My experience was very pleasant from start to finish. The sales rep was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All incentives were met and there was no pressure to proceed. From signing the contract to scheduling the work, to installation, everything went very smoothly, The installers. (Daniel & Jordan) were friendly and professional. Protecting my flooring from any potential damaged as they moved about my home and answering any questions I had during the process. They cleaned up after themselves leaving my home with a beautiful shower/tub installation as though they were never here. I am very happy with my decision to hire West Shore Home.

The West Shore Home installation team of Daniel and Jordan was excellent. They were dedicated and professional. They left the place clean and were very courteous. The marketing team has space for improvement. It has worked hard to get the customer a good deal. However, not fulfilling promises on minor details timely left customer with unnecessary negative impressions. Pushing ahead with change order before signing off by customer with a revised quote left a sour note. If marketing improves, I am willing to rate West Shore Home a 5.0 for their excellent work.

Had a tub to shower conversion done and are very pleased with all aspects of the job. From meeting with the sales representative to install completion everything went as stated and we were kept informed throughout the process. In and out in 9 hours and you'd never know anything had been done as they cleaned everything up.

West Shore Home did an amazing bathtub to shower conversion. Barry A answered all our questions/concerns with respect and made us feel at ease and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and attention to detail. My techs were Jeff and Jordan. They were prompt, very polite and friendly and very efficient. They took great care when installing my new shower. I couldnâ t have asked for a better experience.

Installers Darrio & Daniel were knowledgeable in explaining what was being done. Very professional and courteous. The finished product looks great and we are happy and satisfied with the work they did.

Isaiah and Fabian showed up on time, each day, and they kept their work area neat as they worked and it was spotless when they were finished! And the job was completed in the time frame that I was quoted. They explained the scope of the work and let me inspect each step of the internal plumbing as they progressed. Very personable and excellent customer service and workmanship!

It was a pleasure to work with West Shore homes. We hired them to remove a tub/shower combo and replace it with a walk-in shower. Everyone we came in contact with was professional and friendly. I canâ t say enough positive comments about Tim S and Jordan B who installed our shower. They showed up on time, completed the project in one day, cleaned up and kept me informed throughout the day. I was amazed that when they were done we had no touchups such as drywall repair or painting that needed to be done! I love my new shower!

The installers, Tim S. And Jordan B. Were highly professional, worked quickly and efficiently , and were friendly and informative throughout. During and after the demolition phase, there was no dust while they prepped the area completely. We couldnâ t be happier with the new fixture. We were promised an install within five weeks of the order and it was completed in three weeks.

Their explanation about the showers available by Lisa was impressive. I was very pleased with my choice of enclosure. The shower installation by Tim and Jordan was excellent. I can only complain that they did not have the frameless glass sliding door I wanted and I had to wait and get it installed at a later time by someone else.

Leah was awesome!!! John and Darius as well. Left the area cleaner than it was before. So glad we went with west Shore.
