Description of Work: They came out to look at water heater. They gave me an estimate of 175/hr. We thought that was the cost of the project. We told them not to return. Had another plumber out who told us to get Warrenty on the heater since it was burned up on the inside. This company wanted to start replace parts.

Description of Work: After speaking with a previous plumbing and air conditioning company regarding my air conditioner, I was referred to West Coast Plumbing & Air by my neighbor. The previous company said my air conditioner had gone out and gave me an outragous estimate, for replacing the air conditioner unit and said that was the best they could recommend. In tears, I called West Coast Plumbing & Air and they sent a tech out right away. Fearful of this techs opinion, I waited to tear the damaged. Not only did West Coast Plumbing & Air save the day but they also saved my bank account as well!!! The tech explained in great detail what was going on with my air conditioning unit and that the unit was fairly new and in good condition . The only issue was that the unit charged up with freon, which helps keep the air cool. After I was SO SO HAPPY that I decided to call them. They were honest, caring, and took the time to explain things to me so that I understood what needed to be done and what I was spen ding my money for. I was so relieved that I asked the tech to give me an estimate for some plumbing work that needed to be repaired at the home, and he was back the following week to complete that work as well. PLEASE, PLEASE listen to what I"m telling you, BEFORE having any work done call West Coast Plumbing & Air first, and get the opinion of AN HONEST and CARING company, before getting taken to the cleaners, like what almost happened to me. You won't regret it!!!!
