Last night, our ultimate fear came true. We heard the scatter of what we suspected to be a roof rat in our downtown Phoenix home attic. We currently have a different monthly pest provider, but wanted an emergency service to come out and get it out so we could sleep soundly. We called Watts, and within an hour two extremely professional gentleman came to the house (at 12:30am). They carefully explained to us what they were going to do and be looking for, and also what we should look for in the future and ways we could specifically prevent any future rodents (e.g., trim that bush down... etc.). They spent approximately an hour climbing up and down into our tiny attic and investigating in and around the house. Although it appeared the critter had taken off, before the guys left, they explained their findings and conclusions yo us and set up numerous traps and bait stations if it returned. They also said that they would return once a week for the next two weeks (at no additional cost) to ensure it won't return (or catch it). Watts Pests was great, and we are going to switch all of our pest services to them. Thank you.
