They were sent thru my Home Warranty Co (Old Republic) They were not able to clear the line & wouldn't continue since there was not a Clean out in the backyard. I came to realize that there was one under the vanity in the bathroom. I don't know why they did not use that???? Anyways, I called & paid for my own plumber & he cleared it just fine.

They made a claim for something that wasn't even replaced. Very bad experience. They were very rude. It wasn't the actual plumber itself the problem it was the owners. The plumber himself was wonderful. It was the company with the warranty combined as a garbage disposal was billed and they didn't receive it.

Technician was over 2 hours late... He made no bones that he didn't want to be on the call, someone else had called in and he wanted out of here. He did a bad job installing the new part on the shower fixture.. need to have it redone.

I contacted them on Saturday evening. They called back in a couple of hours.They came out by 10 am on mothersday. They vent was right near the power phone and cable lines so they had to wait for the power company to clear the area to dig. That did not happen until Monday morning. They men arrived by 9:15 am and were done by 10:30am. They dug a 5 foot hole that went under the driveway. Then they cut the clogged section out cleared the pipe and repaired the cut. They also ran a camera in both directions to inspect the pipe. I paid by credit card and they were gone. Aside from the ouch of having to pay for something that should not have happened to begin with it was pretty painless. I would recomend them to anyone who needed a plumber. They gave me a $500 discount because I had a home warranty. The warranty did not cover the issue because it was in the line outside the home and the issue was caused by children drop rocks in the line.

I had a great experience with the tech, Jose, who came out to my property. He fixed the issue as well as checked all of my pipes, hot water heater, and other plumbing fixtures throughout my property. Jose was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done quickly and properly. I will definitely be calling Veterans Plumbing with any sort of plumbing issues that arise at my home in the future and definitely recommend this company to any family and friends that are looking for a good, honest, and reliable plumber. I called Veteran's Plumbing to camera my sewer line because I kept having back ups. They found that the line just as a lot of build up and recommend that I get a company that could hydrojet the line since they did not have the equipment to do so... I will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

they said they would furnish a Bradford or Rheem hot water heater. Evidentially they have no control over their inventory so they said they couldn't give me the Rheem I wanted, I have the feeling no one got a Rheem for the price they claimed. Also, they don't take away the old heater unless you pay another $40

Went ok, but the cost was increased by around 300 from the amount advertised.

Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house. Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition. The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating, The plumbing in an older house can be tricky to work on; this plumber understood the problems and was careful with the old pipes!

Called them around 8 am on a Monday and Joe arrived just after 12 noon - took control of the situation - cleared the drains promptly in around one hour. Also came back the next day to check something else at no charge - very happy with the service we got, Joe is a true professional!

The project was more the cleaning out a clogged drain. It was much more extensive. I was satisfied with the work. The only problems was. I purchased the service for my elderly father with instruction to contact me. I was surprised when they arrived at my dads home without my knowledge. It was confusing for my dad, henceforth the instructions to contact me. The problem was eventually resolved. The plumbing work itself was very good.710

As anticipated Gilbert first carefully drained and then disconnected the old tank and loaded it on his truck. He then unpacked and installed the new tank. I agreed to pay the extra cost of installing new intake lines and a cut-off valve at the top of the tank after the plumber showed me the evidence of corrosion in the old lines. He also showed me one of the original lines had a very poor soldered joint that could have begun leaking at any time. The replacement lines and valve added nearly $150 to the cost of the new tank--included in the price shown above. The entire job took less than 2 hours. Gilbert cleaned the work site appropriately and removed all the packaging and old tank with fittings. He made certain the new tank fired up properly before leaving.

We were told by Fidelity National Home Warranty, who hired this provider that they would be at our home on Thursday, October 30, 2014 to perform the check on the gas leaks and make repairs where needed. We got a call from their plumber, who informed us that they would be out to our residence that morning around 8:30 AM. We waited all day, and finally decided to call their office, and where told that they had a plumbing emergency and would still come out to our residence. Finally, the plumber did show up, but it was late at around 5:00 P.M. to again inform us that there was an emergency he had to attend to, and would come back on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at around 8:00 A.M. This left us three days without gas, so far. Saturday came, no-call and no-show, until we finally made a call to the emergency number to find out what was going on! After we called to inquire about his whereabouts on Saturday, he finally showed up at around 2:00 P.M. He did checked the furnaces, fireplace and appliances, and did find a leak under the counter top stove. He fixed the leak. He then did a pressure check at the meter, and found that it did not hold pressure. He stated that there might be a leak behind the walls in the house. We reminded him that the gas lamp at the end of our driveway was found to be leaking gas also, but according to Fidelity National Home Warranty, this would have to be handled independently by the homeowner. We were told he would get back with us on Monday, November 3, 2014. As of today, we haven't heard from Veteran Plumbing and Drain. We have had to track them down during this whole process! They didn't call and let us know that they were not going to show up or would be late! We have had to call every time to find out our status with them. We still don't have our gas turned back on, because they never followed-up! I did pay the service fee of $65.00 due them. We have just been stood up! We are now six days without gas! 5363

Great! It was a tight and difficult installation, but he did a great job. He also found the old installation was not up to current codes, and fixed all that.

Roberto was sent to do the job. He was almost TOO polite and very professional in his approach to and excellent completion of the work. Very happy with the entire experience and I would most highly recommend Veterans Plumbing unconditionally! The plumbers are all veterans...the name is not just a sleazy marketing tool!
