Vertex just finished putting a new metal roof on my home in Phoenix. In the fall of 2024 Vertex put a new roof on my cabin at Heber/Overgaard, Arizona. Both times I have been very happy with the work. All of the people I dealt with were very conscientious. At the end of the day the workers picked up things and did not leave a lot of mess. Vertex did the things they said they would do. I highly recommend Vertex as a roofing contractor! Ron B.

So far,the customer service has been good. The estimator was friendly and knowledgeable about his product and that which the competition uses for comparisons.

My husband ended up doing this job. We were just looking for parts. This company is a full service company. The lady who called was very helpful and kind. I did not review this place because we didn't use them. Not quite sure how it got reviewed when I declined.

I'm very happy with my new metal roof. Vertex did a great job, I dealt with Korbyn as my salesman. He was very professional and personable; he explained how the entire process would be handled. Robert, the foreman, kept me informed on any issues and the crew worked very long, hard days and managed to stay polite and efficient.

After we made the painful decision to replace our existing metal roof, my husband and I wanted to hire a roofing company that only constructed metal roofs - experts in the field. We are pleased with our decision to have Vertex Metal Roofing do the job for us. The company's professionalism was first evident in the analysis by Korbyn Brock of our previous roof's problems. Then his subsequent presentation of Vertex standing seam products and installation methods helped convince us that the previous problems would not occur again. The job was expensive and took 5 weeks to complete. Not a criticism...just a fact. We have a hip roof with nearly 7000 sq ft of metal between the roof and soffit panels. That's why choosing the right company is so important. Metal will last a lifetime. But the roof can fail if not designed and installed properly. Accessiblity and communication are also key. After the job started Korbyn stayed in touch as did the head foreman, Jim Conway. But the main communication was taken over by the site foreman, Marco Cobos. I can't praise him highly enough. He calmly and consistently responded to any questions or concerns during the job. If we didn't like something, then he fixed it or did it over until we were satisfied. He worked hands on with his great crew. Then, the week after the job was completed a light rain revealed seams on two gutters that were holding water and dripping. Upon communicating this to the head foreman, Jim(who responded to my text within minutes), we were assured the problem would be resolved. Jim came out personally to asses the situation and the following week Marco came out personally to redo the seams on those gutters. He also checked every seam on EVERY gutter around the house. To me, that's a sign of a truly reputable company- one that doesn't make excuses for a problem but apologizes, takes responsibility and then makes it right. Needless to say I would recommend Vertex to anyone interested in purchasing a metal roof. Their performance has made us confident that this will be the last roof we'll ever need.

The consultant, Korbyn was very professional and the workers did a super job and cleaned up everything so nothing was left behind. I am very pleased with the looks of the roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Vertex Metal Roofing. I choose the Riviera style of metal panels and the color of Caldera. This will be the last roof my house will ever need. I felt comfortable with Vertex from the sales person to the job foreman and all other roofers who in staled this stylish and unique roof which enhanced the look of my house. They are Expensive! But they were the only one's who actually kept their appointment to come out for the estimate. (I think other companies must have looked at our property from the satellite view and just decided we weren't worth their time?) The customer service was great! They always answered the phone or called right back to answer any questions we had. The roofers themselves were polite and kept the area clean as they worked. They also addressed all questions I had while they were working. (I didn't have any problems, I was just curious about the process.) I never overheard any nasty language or caught them just standing around or looking at their phones. Very professional overall experience! So I guess you get what you pay for!

Can't say enough good things about these guys. Craig came out and explained the options and timeframe. Everything went as planned and on time. Roof looks wonderful and gets compliments every work. I can't believe how much cooler the house feels. Can't wait for rain to see how it performs then.

I would highly recommend this company. From the start with salesman Korbin I had an excellent experience. korbin was very knowledgeable about the whole process. The job took the expected 2 weeks. Most of those day the guys worked 10 hour days. They always arrived on time, were polite, professional and always cleaned up at the end of each day. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to install a metal roof.

Vertex was outstanding, from start to finish. The receptionist who took my initial call made a great first impression. Sales associate Korbyn was a pleasure to work with throughout the process, from his initial presentation (which was thorough and professional), his knowledgable answers to my questions, his accessibility, his enthusiasm for his product and my project, and his pride in a job well done. The crew's pride in their work was also evident, and they were a pleasure to have on site. The clean up at the end of each work day was immaculate. And I now have a spectacular-looking roof that enhances the value and security of my home and will never have to be replaced. Vertex's customer service, workmanship and product quality are exemplary. On a 5-star rating system, they are a 10.

Exhaustingly thorough in their pre installation discussion and post installation review. Since we live away from Vertex's home base, the actual installation was undertaken by contractors but they were tireless, careful and competent.

The end result is amazing, but the process to get there was not. Almost six months from beginning to end. Total lack of response on customer service concerns.
