More importantly, he showed his expertise straight away and even found a vulnerable spot for roaches to enter that everyone else had missed previously. I told him about my fear of roaches and he took it quite seriously and eased my mind right away. Weeks after treatment and we have yet to see a single bad buggie! Brad with Urban Desert pest control is the true definition of professional. He showed up on time of scheduled appointment. He picks up all floor matts and sprays under them also moved patio furniture and sprays behind. He is always very polite and very knowledgeable answers every question you may have. I would recommend him to anyone they are an elite group!

I have been using Brad for 3 years. I NEVER see bugs in our home, including scorpions! My weed guy said I spray for bugs too if you want?? I said no way I LOVE my bug guy! Always on time, through, reasonably priced, responsive, and pleasant. They will come back at any time if you do see critters, which I haven't. They are the BEST 👍

Urban Desert was amazing! I had just moved into my new house and I had mice, scorpions and other bugs all over the place. I had them come spray and it took care of everything. I have had a couple additional mice show up and when I called, they came out quickly and knew exactly what to do.

Brad has been doing pest control for our home and 3 rental properties. Never have had any pests in our own home. Our rentals were cockroach infested when we bought them and he was able to clear the problem in no time. Our tenants love Brad and they follow his suggestions. He is fair and resonable. Very timely for visits.

I had a lot of issues with my house. he set the traps for mice, sprayed for bees and mosquitoes, which have been a big issue. He was very thorough; moved outdoor furniture away, pulled up rugs. I really liked his attention to detail.
