Description of Work: I ordered the deal thinking I could use the locksmith service but when I called, was told they couldn't do the work (unlock a door) using the coupon. They suggested I get a refund for the Angie's List Deal that I purchased. I ended up calling a different Angies List provider who did the work for me the same day. I need a refund for this company's deal (United Locksmith) since I won't be using them.

Description of Work: I called to schedule my appointment and I was told he couldnt do the re keying until 3-12-13 so I agreed. Then he told me that I could only use the $44.00 service call and 2 re keying locks and couldnt use the 24.99 for the other locks I needed re keyed. I paid additional fees to get the other locks re keyed. He was professional and got right to work. I would recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: The lock on the door leading to the garage was stuck, so the door couldn't be opened. Nate examined the lock and door and decided that the striker plate was out of alignment, so he made the indentation in the door frame larger and deeper to accommodate the lock mechanisms properly. He did a wonderful job, and I have not had any problems since with this door lock.
