The person who came was polite, honest & efficient. However, I am giving the business a B because when I asked them over the phone how much it, the job, would cost me, he quoted me the price for the part, w\o including the service call & work. I don't believe he thought I was asking the price of the part. The cost was not unreasonable, on the whole, it was just twice what I was quoted.

Nathan was able to come on the day I called, and arrived promptly at the promised time. He was very efficient, pleasant, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote in advance, and replaced one of my locks and fixed the other. The cost shown includes the $20 Angie's List coupon, which he happily accepted. I couldn't ask for better service!

Excellent experience with United Lock. Nathan responded very quickly and we discussed multiple options for a difficult lock solution for our 2.5”-thick door. He was very customer-service oriented, polite, flexible on scheduling and a great communicator. Price was very reasonable for the work that was done, he showed up on time (even called ahead to let us know he was on the way), quickly installed the bronze handle set and deadbolt products we selected and cleaned up the work area when he finished. Provided email receipt of service invoice within a few minutes. Very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Selected United Lock Service from excellent Angie List rating/reviews which was after another locksmith blew me off twice. Nathan Ramirez (owner) was excellent. He replaced locks on the front and garage entrance doors. Nathan was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable; all at a very reasonable cost. Will use again and highly recommend to others.

Great work. Just moved in and needed rekey.

I have my home and a rental. First time I called him to my home because I thought I needed to rekey the whole place (13 locks). When Nathan got here he was able to make new keys instead of the costly rekey. I was happy. Second time I called him to rekey my rental. Each time I've dealt with him he's been very professional; on time (very important) and just a pleasant young man! I'll keep recalling him as long as I need a locksmith!!

Nathan displays the kind of quality and professionalism we all hope for with every company, but rarely see. He excelled in every aspect of the transaction -- scheduling, ensuring I was prepared, punctuality, installation, expertise, neat/clean work space, knowledge. Before the appointment, he educated me about my options with regard to creating a WiFi hub for the smart device so I could have everything in place prior to installation (not every vendor is so knowledgeable about smart devices). This may sound over-the-top when speaking of a deadbolt and door handles, but the end result is gorgeous. I could not be happier with the entire process, A-Z. I give him an unqualified recommendation.

I have use Nataan and his crew muti[le times. Tjeu are my lock [epole. Their owork is outstanding and you can't beat their cusotmer service. If youe need any kind of lock work call these honest progession peole

The tech could not pick the lock, but had to drill it out. The tech was on time and polite, but something is fishy with who showed up to do the job. I called United and a Locksmith from Orange shows up. Several problems, 1-I did not call Orange Locksmiths, 2-I did not misdial the number, 3- the $15 service fee became $149 to pick the lock, 4-another $29.95 was charged when he could not pick the lock and had to drill it out, 5-when I asked him about the $20 discount for Angies list he said they don't have any discounts. In addition, the tech asked me to call him directly in the future and his company does not have to know about it. All in all I got suckered for $194 to drill out a lock on a door.
