Technician arrived on time and completed all work in about 30 minutes. All new keys worked perfectly.

Nathan was great. He came in and fixed the locks and gave me an information on how to lubricate them and get away some of the problems. I was very pleased. He was exceptional. He called me and we set up an appointment. It was one of those things where the lock was so frozen, I couldn't open the front door so he got out right away based on my availability and did a very good job. We replaced a lock and he charged me for that but it was a very reasonable amount of money. I would recommend them to anyone who has had problems with their locks. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. The doors continue to work perfectly. I watched how he worked and he explained a lot of things to me and how things work.

It went fine but there was a little problem with making the extra key. We had a confusion at the beginning for price. I talked to one person on the phone, he quoted me one price and then when the guy got here he quoted me another price. We had trouble with the door because it works on both sides, there's 2 locks and I didn't like that. He was a nice enough guy but he just wasn't professional.

It was okay. I actually bought 2 services because I didn’t read the fine print on the first one. The first bill was $20 and that was when I bought the wrong service but it was not a big deal. I didn’t have any issues since the service. The thing that I annoyed me was that I couldn’t use the first service that I bought to make up the difference for the second one. But they were fine.

I had delayed doing this because I thought it would be such a big problem. It was so simple. The guy that came over was really nice and knew what he was doing and in a few minutes the chaos of my doors was gone. I have one key, fits all doors, I'd certainly use them again and I'd highly recommend them. Oh, and the price? Wow, with their special coupon I don't know how they even afforded to do this job. It was really inexpensive.

This company replaced a broken latch on the back door of our house. Our back door had been sticking and I was unable to open it at all the morning of the service call. The first locksmith company I called responded with a promise to make it out in 3-4 days. As this was unacceptable in our situation, I called United Lock Service and they were able to fit in a service call that afternoon. We really appreciate their responsiveness!

The locksmith was punctual and did a good job. However, the $19.99 only covered the trip charge. It still cost an additional $135 to replace two locks--and I provided the locks. I could have accomplished the same thing using the yellow pages on any given day.

Once he left, I tried to use the door and the door wouldn't close. He came back in an drilled roughly in the wood. I wasn't so sure he knew what he was doing.

Perfect, the technician arrived early, never seen that happen before. I wanted a brand new lock which I did not ask for on the phone when I setup the appointment. It was no problem he had one for me and installed it in 15 minutes. Great service!!

I had anticipated having to replace the entire handle. The repairman showed up quickly and was able to replace just the latch and save me $$$. Thanks for great service!

I was able to get an appointment right away--calling about a half an hour prior to their arrival to let me know exactly when they were going to be there. They had more than all of the parts needed to do the job on the truck (we discussed the job over the phone when I made the appointment, and I hadn't decided on the specifics), and completed everything in a very timely fashion. I would definitely call them again.

This was my first purchase on Angie's list. I could not be happier. Nate was prompt, professional, polite and friendly. He completed the entire project in 90-120 minutes. That is 16 locks!. I highly recommend United Lock Service

The service was fine, appointment made in reasonable time. Lesson for me that the $20 "Angie's big deal" I paid, was for the trip to my home, only and did not cover any services. I will know in the future to ask what the "deal" includes.
