Scheduling was great and they were easy to work with.

Locksmith showed up, but couldn't rekey some of the locks since I didn't have any keys for the smart lock. I purchased a new lockset and on a repeat service call he then rekeyed everything to the same key. No charge for the 2nd service call. Very satisfied.

My experience was fine. Scheduling was easy and the quality of work was fine. The technician was all right to work with. I did not save as much as I thought I would when everything was done.

I was contacted promptly, the service was scheduled promptly however they were unable to rekey my lock to the key I needed as it was incompatible and I wasn't willing to invest in 2 more commercial locks.

Now, I need to call another locksmith who will care enough to do the job correctly. One that takes pride in finding the correct solution. Thank you.

1Nathan was great. Right on time and changed out our locks real quick. Made some extra keys for me on site and that was it! Prompt, efficient, cordial, everything went great.

It never worked correctly but, since he fixed it, it has worked perfectly ever since.

It was fine. It was excellent. Pretty much, they did what they were advertising to do. They did what they're supposed to do and I was happy with that. They were fine. They knew what they were doing. They're very helpful and not a problem at all. I haven't had a problem with anything that they worked on.

They were good people. The guy who came out warned me ahead of time that he might in the process ruin the lock which he did not do so that was nice and I appreciated him. He told me ahead of time what he was going to do and he fixed it without breaking it. He was also very reasonably priced so I am appreciative of that. The work turned out fine and the lock is working fine right now. I did not spend more than the big deal price and he came out to do the work on the next day after I purchased the deal. He was excellent overall. That was the best performance.

I called yesterday afternoon, Nathan came out at 7:30am today and was done in 20 minutes with a new deadbolt and rekeyed to match my other door locks. Very professional service and I will use Nathan again and tell my friends of his exceptional service. Thanks Nathan!

Locksmith showed up timely and was willing to work with real estate agent and property manager on site. I am the owner of the home and order the lock service by phone and paid for by phone and locksmith was very accommodating and flexible. Nothing is better than having a locksmith who understands what he needs to do without me having to be there. All locks in home were changed quickly and process was smooth. I was billed accurately and timely. A receipt for tax purposes was provided by email. Thank you for the service.
