It was good. He did a good job. He's great. He's very professional and he did a great job. He's on time. If you ever need any key worked out in the house, I'll definitely use him.

They were wonderful! I was charged $15 additionally (the quoted price) for the two locks. The finished the job in half an hour. My only compliant was he said he would arrive within a four hour block (noon-4) and he was late by 20 minutes.

I spoke with Nathan for setting up the appointment, the time and date were confirmed the day before. Nathan showed up early and was very professional and thorough with looking over all possible issues that may come up adding new locks and re-keying the existing locks. He was fast and cleaned up after himself.

After locking myself out of my new home twice yesterday, I called at 8:30 in the morning and Nathan was here by 10:00 to change out 4 door lock sets. He was done quickly, with excellent results. All the locks and doors look great and work great. Very professional and clean cut. I would hire him anytime to do this work.

We discovered on the evening of the 4th that we could not open the door into the garage, nor would the spare garage door opener work, since it had been years since it was used. Therefore, we were trapped in the sense that we could not access our car. Called United, and actually reached a live person that evening, and scheduled a service call for 7:30 AM on the 5th (the following morning). The technician diagnosed the problem and repaired the lock within half an hour. He was very competent and very courteous, and the price was very reasonable.

Extremity positive experience. Was at door within one hour of call because his scheduled permitted. Very pleasant, professional and skilled. Complete clean up after the job was complete. DON'T LOOK ANY FARTHER FOR A LOCK SMITH YOU JUST FOUND THE ONE YOU WANT TO DO YOUR WORK.

United Lock Service (Nathan Ramirez) showed up as scheduled, rekeyed a total of 3 locks, and replaced the troublesome bolt on the front door. He was very professional, efficient, and I appreciate his service.

It was a quick and easy transaction. Guy came with all equipment. Took off locks, rekeyed them, and provided us spares. Took probably 30 minutes total. Very affordable. The locksmith was very friendly. All around good experience.

They came to change 2 locks for my home. The technician did a nice job and was a nice guy. They did exactly what the deal stated. Scheduling was not an issue.

Had to reschedule because the initial day of service the providers truck broke down and he had no other means of transportation. I had taken off time from work and was not happy. However, he called and followed up to let me know as soon as there were problems and kept me in the loop. We rescheduled and he arrived punctually and did the required service efficiently and seemingly effectively. Both doors now work and I am very pleased.
