They did a good job and he was on time. We had 7 more locks to change and honestly, he charged a fair price. It was a great deal for initial.

Nathan arrived right on time and changed the lock on my mailbox in under 15 minutes. Great price, excellent service and good quality. The hardest part of the whole process was dealing with the Post Office and my HOA. The actual changing of the lock was a breeze and I will definitely call United Lock Service again next time I need a locksmith. Highly recommend them.

Nathan Ramirez, the owner, did the work himself and completely lived up to his Angie's List reviews. He was right on time and very professional. He had to install the new deadbolt without using his regular saw because it was located too close to an existing shutter. He did a perfect job! He also re-keyed it, along with two other existing locks. He immediately honored the Angie's List deal offering a service call and two free re-keys with the coupon. His fee for installing the new deadbolt freehand and also re-keying it seemed reasonable at $135. United Lock Service, LLC is now our preferred locksmith and I would not hesitate to recommend Nathan to anyone.

I wanted to pre-purchased the $49 coupon. I called Nathan. He explained how the coupon worked and what it covered. He immediately made an appt and was able to come over within the hour. He gave me several options how to fix my locks to work with how we used the doors etc. He also gave me some advice on DIY lock repair. I will use his company again and refer him.

The service provider could not perform service needed. I know I should have read their contract more but it should not be that complicated. It ended up to be easier to look up and call a locksmith myself. But Angie's list has been helpful on resolving this.
