We called and made appointment what was very easy. Gentleman was super friendly and right on time. I would use this company definitely again. I did not use Angie's List coupon because everything went so fast, but even without coupon not a bad price.

The gentleman was on time and informed me that he usually charges more for the kind of lock I wanted him to rekey, but since I just wanted that one lock done, he would not charge me any extra. I found him to be courteous and professional and he had the door rekeyed in a very short time. I was really pleased with the service and the price.

We bought Nathan's rekey two lock special. We had two glass doors replaced a couple of years ago, but we needed to have them rekeyed to match all our other locks. It was easy to schedule an appointment that worked for us within a couple of days of our purchase. Nathan was on time, removed the locks, and rekeyed them in his van. But Nathan is very exacting in his work. I saw that he removed one of the locks for the second time, so I walked over. He said that the key could not be removed in the resting position, and had to be turned a bit more, because the door manufacturer had installed the incorrect tail piece. He took the lock to his van and installed the correct one at no extra charge. What more could one want? Easy to schedule. Nathan was on time, worked fast, and spent a little extra time to make sure the locks worked perfectly.
