I think I covered this in the last comment section but in short they did a excellent job fixing my luck fixing the code on my door and it was a serious problem for me for over 30 days. My cheap landlord refused to hire a professional locksmith and instead went to her handyman who is good but doesn't know much about locks. I finally made the call myself and I'm glad that I did. Having your lock work only 20% of the time in the Arizona heat is dangerous. Most the time I was eventually able to get the lock open but it would take literally 10 to 20 minutes. Now after the excellent work this company did I'm in my house within seconds.

He explained that there would be an additional $30.00 charge beyond the $44.00 I had paid through Angie's list. This was surprising. He removed the lock from the closet door and made two new keys and then reinstalled the lock. He was prompt in his arrival and friendly and efficient at doing the job.

Tech was on time and did a nice job redoing my locks. He was timely and helped me out. My only frustration was that even though I paid for nine locks to be re-keyed, I could only get TWO keys. I finally pointed out that had I keyed each lock differently, they would have given me two keys for each lock. Tech finally agreed to give me six keys to avoid me having to run out and get more made. Also, it cost $15 per lock to re-key additional locks and $35 to install the code lock.

I called Nathan requesting rekey of 5 locks on my rental condo. I purchased his rekey service and he quoted me the cost for each additional rekey lock. He was here within 30 minutes and the work was finished 30 minutes after that....everything works and he was pleasant and personable. I'd use United again .

We needed to have the locking handles' tumblers changed and we also wanted to re-key all locks the same. Nathan came to the house for the first time to assess our lock/key needs. We needed a special key which he was able to locate. Nathan came back to the house to finish the job and we are very pleased with the work.
