The technician's name was Nate and he was totally professional, skilled and efficient. He arrived on time and worked quickly and diligently. The doorknob replacement required more work that expected. A new hole had to be drilled into the door and a brass wrap was needed. Nate had to go to a store to get a needed part. In spite of the unexpected additional work, he finished everything in less than 90 minutes. The job went very smoothly. We were impressed!

Nathan arrived on time was very professional and courteous and ignored my Yappy little dogs. I had several other things going on at the same time so I was happy that Nathan was happy to just get on with it and he did. He also explained to me the difference in the GOOD locks and our everyday lock. I will definitely have United Locks come out when I switch to a different type of lock. I paid for the special which covered 2 and I cant remember what i paid for that. But the additional 4 were $71. oh and he also chipped out our lock slots as the lock bolt did not go into them right on either external door.

We had just closed on the house the day we called them, and we were ecstatic that they could come out the same day. We didn't want anyone else with keys going into our lovely new home! They came within the time frame they mentioned, gave us our new estimate since we asked for additional locks to be changed (wasn't bad with the offer they had), and worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional, prompt, and courteous. If we ever get locked out, we know who to call again! I highly recommend!

Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. Rekeyed and reassembled both deadbolts in about 30 min and had me test them both to be sure they were reinstalled with proper alignment so the motor-aided deadbolt would lock and unlock properly using only the keypad. Keys are a perfect fit and work without effort. This is now my go-to locksmith service.

We moved into a new house on Friday and Nathan was able to come on Saturday, which is the day I wanted him, to re-key our locks. He arrived on time and did the keys for us. In the middle of a move it was great to have something go so smoothly! Thanks Nathan!! When we get our security screen door we will be calling again to get you to match those keys.

Fabulous service. Wasn't sure if tenant would leave willingly or needed sheriff involvement. As soon as tenant vacated property Nathan was out to rekey whole home. Bought a big deal for $49 involving two rekeys, and added the additional rekeys and mailbox lock swap when he was out. Super fast service, great company. Highly recommended.

This is the third time I've used they guys. First was to place all locks. Second and Third time to re-key seven doors including security locks. They've also put locks on desk doors for me some time ago . I will not use any one else. They are excellent professional, friendly and very receptive to questions. I purchased the service thru Angie's List. I received a response from Nathan within a couple hours and was able to schedule for same day service. Very professional and arrived at my home on time. I would definitely use their service again.

Nathan called a couple of hours before the appointment time and said he was able to come earlier if that worked for me. We agreed on a new time. He showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the handle set. He gave me the price for fixing the handle set and rekeying seven locks prior to starting any work. The price was reasonable and he completed all of the work in about 45 minutes. Very happy with the service and will use them again if necessary.

I placed a work request from Angie's List and received a call within an hour to schedule the work. Nathan called ahead and requested if he could come earlier than our appointment. That was fine with me and he arrived on-time. We looked at the job together, he told me what it would cost, including an Angie's List discount and told me how long it would take. He finished on-time and there were no surprises. I would use his services again.

Technician was great. I mangled the locks trying to fix them myself but he got everything working and repaired for a reasonable rate.

Needed locks changed in a pretty short time frame. Nathan was very responsiveness, even offering to change his schedule to accommodate our needs. He arrived on time and had the work finished the work quickly and unobtrusively. Would definitely use him again!

He came on time. I had a storage room that I could not find the key. He was able to provide 2 keys for me to open the storage area & that he keyed for all my doors. I think he had to make the side gate key custom & it took a while. Was really glad he could!!!
