And did really nice job, they were on time and did a thorough investigation. The price was really fair.

Description of Work: Cost shown is annual fee for termite contract renewal and inspection. There was no additional charge for this visit. I had noticed some termite activity and Steve Wells came out to check. He cleaned up the area, treated it, sealed up the hole, and then checked the foundation for where they were coming in. He found a tube and drilled multiple holes into the foundation to treat, then trenched along the foundation and applied more treatment.
