Dear Angie's List, TWD contractors J. Gaillas was prompt, courteous and evaluated the damage. The estimated repair cost was very reasonable on Aug 07, 2012. The two workers arrived on time, placed protective covering where necessary and did their work. Two days later Aug 09, 2012 the painters arrived on time, did an outstanding job. The finish result was great. However, three months later the crack resurfaced. The contractor came to the house, checked the results and recommended who I could contact. I am satisfied with this company and would use their services int he future (if needed) and I definitely recommend this company.

The end result was excellent - the patches completely blend in. The two craftsmen who did the work were on time, neat, cleaned up well, easy to have around. The price was competetive.

Calls were returned in a timely manner from the initial call. Very satisfied with the finished product.

My interaction with them was fine but we postponed the project so we didn’t end up using them. It was a free estimate. They were good.

I was very happy with them. They did a great job. It looked great. and they did just exactly as what I wanted, and I was very pleased. It took a little longer than estimated time to complete the work.

Service was prompt. Timing of project was within expectations. They were very clean in their working space. Overall, we were quite pleased and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

Every person I spoke with at TWD was courteous and professional. The person who completed the work arrived within the designated time and completed the work beautifully. I am very pleased with the results and that he put plastic around the area before starting the drywall to protect my water softening unit. I appreciated a company that does what they say they will with quality craftsmanship. I will definitely call this company for any future work.

They responded immediately. They did a great job. They were very competitive price wise. They did very good work. I called a couple of companies who did not respond. This company responded immediately and sent someone out within a day. I liked their professionalism, response time, and their quality of work. Everything about them was excellent.

I asked Todd Whittaker Drywall to give me an estimate for work at my house to be completed in a couple of phases. They were to paint the exterior west wall of my house and The TWD staff was Professional from start to finish - from estimating, timely documentation, scheduling of work to meet my needs, coordination of materials and workman, and on-time completion and cleanup. They were communicative throughout the process and did what they said they would do for the price they said they would charge.I definitely would recommend them and will use them again.

They showed up on time, very prompt in arrival and on completion date. They worked cleanly and were dressed professionaly for the trade. The work turned out very nice, and they did great in the follow up as well. Someone was sent out to my home after the work was completed to make sure it was satisfactory. All in all they did a great job.

TWD did an excellent job ! The painters were on time , did very professional work and their Supervisor Julio kept me well informed as the worked progressed. TWD did a great cleanup after the painting was completed. I am very pleased with their work and t heir price was very reasonable. I should also note that TWD does not accept credit cards ... only cash or check. All in all, I am very pleased with their workmanship and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

In October, we had a bad hail storm, so I had a lot of damage to my home. Todd came out and gave me an estimate for just what I asked for and didn't try to up-sell me. He sent me the estimate by email by the time he promised, and even included fixing an existing crack for free. The techs were right on time, and they even informed me how to do the work myself if I ever need to. They just stood out amongst the companies that I had encoutered while trying to get this work done. They strike me as very ethical.

Each segment of the work was done professionally and satisfactorily. The re-finishing of the drywall was very well done. And where it could not be perfect (because of faulty previous work) the result was very acceptable. The re-paint went beyond our expectations.

They did a fantastic job. I was in Chicago when they painted. They were prompt.

The service was absolutely excellent. Randy Bowlen provided us with our estimate a few months back. Even though the job was a smaller one, they were very happy to perform the work for us, as opposed to some other companies who wouldn't give us the time of day. The price was very reasonable. The holiday season approached, so we were unable to confirm a date. I contacted them approximately two months later to set up an appointment. They remembered who I was and held to their original estimate with no issue. Terry arrived promptly on the confirmed day and was EXTREMELY respectful and professional. He did a SUPERB job, was very friendly, worked quickly, etc. We were so happy with the end result. He went above and beyond. We would definitely use this company again, and would certainly recommend Terry.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED. THEY ALSO HAVE PAINTED THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME AND IT LOOKS FLAWLESS.

WE GOT THE NAME THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST. THE OFFICE PUTS YOU ON HOLD FREQUENTLY BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND TO THE TASK. FOR EACH PART OF THE WORK WE RECEIVED A REMINDER CALL THE NIGHT BEFORE. THE DRYWALL TEAM WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY STARTED WORKING IMMEDIATELY, AND WERE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL OF THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND LEFT THE BATHROOM IMPECCABLY CLEAN. THE DRYWALL LOOKED SO GOOD THAT I THOUGHT FOR A MINUTE THAT MAYBE WE DID NOT NEED TO PAINT. THE PAINTER,THE NEXT DAY WAS ALSO CLEAN AND EFFICIENT BUT LESS FRIENDLY. HE REPAINTED THE ENTIRE SURFACE IN NO TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB.

A REAL MIX. FOR THE MOST PART THEY SEEM TO HIRE GOOD WORKERS, BUT SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION IS LACKING, AND THEY SEEM TO BE STRETCHED A LITTLE TOO THIN. THE DRYWALLER (SERGIO) WAS EXCELLENT, BUT HE SPENT HALF A DAY WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO RETURN A 16-FOOT LADDER THEY WERE USING ON ANOTHER JOB (APPARENTLY THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE). THEN THEY LEFT THE LADDER AT MY HOUSE FOR TWO WEEKS AFTER COMPLETING THE JOB! THE PAINTERS WERE COMPETENT, BUT CLEANED UP ON MY FRONT PORCH LEAVING PAINT STAINS ON THE CONCRETE AND THROWING USED PAINTING TAPE BEHIND MY BUSHES. A JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 2 DAYS STRETCHED TO 5 (INC. WEEKEND) BECAUSE OF INADEQUATE STAFF FOR THE SIZE OF THE JOB. WORKERS (DRYWALLERS AND PAINTERS) SHOWED UP AT THE HOUSE WITH NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO, I HAD TO DIRECT AND SUPERVISE.

THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND METICULOUS ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY PUT DROP CLOTHES DOWN AND WORE PAPER BOOTIES WHEN IN THE HOUSE SO THEY DIDN'T TRACK AROUND. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN IN AN INSTANT.

THEY LEFT THE ROOM CLEANER THAN WHEN THEY ENTERED IT!
