Tutko Plumbing responded to my call amazingly quickly, performed the work quickly and professionally, was knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt the cost was reasonable and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends. I was very favorably impressed!

I wish they would have spent more time with it. I still have the same problem for the reason that I called them. I don't know if I would use them again because I need someone a little more thorough.

AJ called to let me know that he could come earlier than planned. Great not to just have a time window sitting around waiting they call when they are 30 min out to give you time to get home to meet them. AJ came and very quickly completed the work. While he was there we uncovered another issue with a second toilet. He quickly fixed and was able to complete within the original service call time so no extra service charge just parts. Very happy with the service would use them again.

Called Tutko Plumbing on Tues and was able to get first appointment for Wed. They took charge to work with the rural water company regarding shut off main valve issue. Arrived on time and completed the job excellently.

Al was very helpful in the process of finding what I wanted. He was so patient and answered all my questions. When I called him multiple times he always picked up immediantely and could not have been nicer. He made recommendations that proved to be the best. When his son AJ came to install the toilet at the exact time he had said he would arrive he encounted a problem because the builder had not installed the toilet according to code. AJ was able to deal with the problem and he was very professional and instilled confidence. He did a great job on the toliet and the pipe. I could not believe how fast and painless the whole process was. We could not be happier and felt that the price was excellent. We feel blessed to have found a plumber who we trust and can count on in the future and have already spread the word to all our friends. Thank you AL and AJ

The concrete was cut the day before the big job began. Jeff came in with a whole crew, who worked very hard digging a trench to reach the old sewer line. They dug the trench, removed the old sewer line, replaced it all with new heavy duty PVC pipe, and refilled the trench all in one day. They had to leave a strip of concrete in place and tunnel under it, because support posts for the porch roof were in the way, but they took everything in stride. (Jeff even fixed an outdoor water pipe that had frozen and split the night before, and didn't charge me extra for that!) After the weekend, the "concrete guys" came in and poured new concrete to repair the porch. They were charming fellows, who did an excellent job. In spite of having done extra work that hadn't been expected, Jeff didn't charge one penny over his original estimate, which was a very reasonable price, considering how much work had to be done. The whole experience was as pleasant and satisfying as major plumbing work could possibly be! No one wants their sewer line to collapse, but if it does, I'd recommend Tutko Plumbing to anyone.

I found them on Angie's List and they are an excellent service. They are reasonable, on time and they clean up after themselves. They went to pick it up which I thought was great because it was too heavy to get in my car and bring home. They charged me for that because they had to wait at the store. He recommended a drywall guy who did an excellent job; I can't even tell where the hole was. They got the work done quickly and their prices are in line with everybody else's. I also recommended them to my sister.

I used the $25 Angie's List discount provided by TUTKO and saved!!! Would definitely use their services next time as I will probably have another plumbing issue in this old house! :)

The service repairman wore coverings over his shoes to protect our floors, which is real important to us. He was quick and efficient. This is the third time we have used Tutko and we have been very pleased everytime. The serviceman was polite and professional and did not leave a mess after his work.

For several months I had been having random issues with black charcoal looking water coming from a couple of bathroom faucets when initially turning the faucet on. After only a few seconds the water would always clear itself. Yesterday the problem seemed worse and felt it was time to have the issue checked. It was mid afternoon and I called Tutko Plumbing and spoke with Al. He quoted a price of $150 for coming out to do diagnostic work which would include 1 hour of labor with most plumbing issues being able to be resolved within an hours time. After asking me a few questions about the problem he suggested the black water could be associated with an aging water heater. Within a half hour or so his employee Jeff arrived to check things out. After checking the water flow of the faucets he went outside to the water heater and loosened one of the copper pipes and showed me the black grunge which was exactly what I had been seeing come through the faucets. The diagnosis was the water heater needed replacing. Normally my method is to call around for competitive quotes but this was a scenario that did not allow for that process. Even if I had found a better price elsewhere I would still be paying the initial $150 service fee as agreed upon for Tutko's diagnostic services. So I used Jeff's immediate availability to replace the water heater. The agreed upon price for water heater and installation was $900 inclusive of all taxes, etc. Jeff called his associate AJ to stop at a plumbing supply store to pick up a Bradford White 50 gallon gas water heater Model #MI5036FBN. As my water heater is in an elevated and recessed area of my garage, it is a 2 man job to remove the existing water heater and replace the new. Jeff and AJ had it done within 2 hours from the point of picking up the new water heater and installing it. Had hot water within 30 - 45 minutes. Curious as I am about the product I just purchased and the price I paid I went online to do a search. By typing the name of the water heater and model number I came across a website with 13 customer reviews on this very product. The price listed there was $537 with a $250 shipping rate and with 13 customer reviews on the product it received a total of 3.5 stars out of a possible 5 stars. In town pricing for the same manufacturer with a similar model # was appx. $675. Post install of my new water heater after reading the customer reviews leaves me with an edgy feeling about the quality of the water heater I just purchased. I am sincerely hoping to find that my new water heater over time puts me in the same league as owners who have given their same water heater the 5 star rating than those who have experienced significant problems within a short lifespan of their product. Time will tell. As for my initial perspective of Tutko Pluming I was pleased with the responsiveness to my phone call, how quickly an employee arrived and again how quickly the problem was resolved and with the ease of which I felt around the employees while working.

I called at 8 am on a Monday AM; They cordially and specifically got me an estimate on the phone. I agreed to the work. Al was over by 1 pm, just 30 minutes later than estimated. He was quick, thorough and professional, as well as a real nice guy to boot. I'd use them again for sure.

I called Al Tutko at 7am thinking I would be leaving a message and hear back later, but he actually answered and said they could be there by 9am. I have known Al and the Tutko family for more than twenty years and have called him several times for big and small plumbing jobs, so I knew that Al would do it right. Overall, they were very good. They were looking for the source of a noise and eliminated all options before needing to cut a hole in a one of my walls to rule it out. It turned out that was not the source of the noise, but they eventually found it. The hole was (well) cut in a way that it could be easily replaced, which I did.

Al took my call this morning around 9:30 AM. I asked if I could get same day service. Al said he could have Jeff at my home before noon and that Jeff would call when He was on the way. Jeff called at around 10:15 AM and he and A.J. arrived 20 minutes later. The "snake" failed so the removed the bowl and found the brush piece promptly. The were clean courteous professional and prompt. After I got the bill for $175 I presented my $25 angies list coupon and Jeff graciously accepted the coupon The total price of $150 and no added trip charge was reasonable and fair. I used a shower upstairs and a torrent of water gushed through the ceiling of the outside terrace. Dreading the thought of taking down the ceiling plus removing tile in the shower, we called Tutko. Jeff and AJ came and went immediately to the shower. The valve had corroded and the water gushed down the inside wall. They also replace a valve in another bathroom. Happy ending. Men were very professional and pleasant. Would definitely call again.

This is a family owned business that has been serving customers in the Phoenix for 40 years. While it is a small company, they go out of their way to provide high quality, responsive service at a reasonable cost. I will definitely use them again when I have need of a plumber.

The main drain going out of the house clogged up suddenly, leaving us unable to use much water or flush the toilet. I called several plumbers who said they would not be able to come until the next day. When I called Tutko Plumbing, I spoke with the owner of the company. He said that his crew was in the area, and he would have them call me as quickly as possible. I got a call from the crew within a few minutes, and they arrived to fix the plumbing within a half hour of my first phone call!! Both of the men who did the work were polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. They worked hard, got the job done amazingly fast, and did really good work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and skill levels. To top things off, they charged me LESS than the estimate! The job took less time than they had originally expected, so they gave me a discounted price. I will definitely call Tutko Plumbing next time I need a plumber, and I will certainly recommend them to others. (I have an old house that still has the original plumbing, so I really NEED a good plumbing service that I can rely on.) I like the fact that this is a small family business, so that I know I will always get the same high quality service. I called them late in the day on 5/29 and they came out first thing the next morning. The guys efficiently took care of my problems.

The 2 men arrived promptly and completed work efficiently in 1 hr.

After our laundry room flooded, we got on "Angie's List" and called around for help. Tutko was one of the few companies we called, but I ended up using them because of their quick response time. From the time I called to the time they were at my doorstep was less than an hour! Jeff and AJ showed up and they were nothing less than professional and courteous. They "snaked" our pipes and found a massive food clog from our garbage disposal. Afterwards, I was educated on some preventative steps to prevent a similar event from happening in the future. They are just an overall great company to work with. I think they are very reasonable, professional, and clean. The technician that helps me is knowledgeable and reliable. He’s always been a joy to work with, and I’ll continue using Tutko as needed.
