I feared that I had a slab leak at my home, so I called up Tutko (based on Angie's List ratings), and they came out the next day to make a repair. When Jeff and AJ arrived it was determined that I had a pinhole leak above the slab, inside the laundry room wall, and they gave me a couple of options regarding the repairs. They very patiently explained the advantages, and disadvantages of the options so I could make an informed decision. I chose to have a small section of the copper tubing cut out, and to have a patch installed. The job only took about an hour from walk in to drive away. I have to commend Jeff and AJ because they gave me a couple of great suggestions concerning making the repair of the drywall cutout where the repair was made. All-in-all, it was a great experience, and I was impressed by their knowledge, and professionalism.

They?ve been very good. They did a good service. Their quality and professionalism is excellent. They were right on time. We discovered a problem with our water heater at night and they were there out first thing in the morning to put in a new water heater for us. Their price was reasonable.

We returned from vacation to see water running down the street from our house. Looked like the water main was leaking, the water main box was flooded. Called City of Phoenix, took them 2 days to come out, then all they did was say we were leaking 4 quarts a minute in violation of city policy. And left. I called Tutko at 7am and was surprised they answered. I explained out leak and they said that was big, we were wasting a lot of water and expense, so they squeezed us in first and were here by 7:40 am. Wow, impressive. I should mention I am a previous customer, and I'm so happy I am one! It took about 2 hours in the sweltering heat and humidity (today) to fix it but the employee was nice and did not complain. Very professional. Very happy with Tutko plumbing. They saved the day!

Jeff was on time and very professional. He did all the work in a timely manner. He also got rid of an annoying sound from our RO system. Have been looking for a good honest concerned plumber for a while. Have many other items that I wil have done with Tutko. Will pass on the info to our neighbors who also have old houses with old plumbing :)

After checking the wall and tile floor area, Jeff could not see any source for the leak. He then focused on the refrigerator which is located in that space. Jeff really had no obligation to check out the refrigerator but he did. He removed the front panel and back covers and thoroughly checked out the vents, tubing, wiring connections, etc. He discovered the location of a slow drip. He definitely went above and beyond for me and I certainly appreciated that. There is NO DOUBT that the next time I need a plumber, Tutco is the company I will use. Jeff and his partner did a great job with all our plumbing concerns. They answered questions and were honest about whether something needed fixed. They worked efficiently and we were very happy with the results.

Two workers arrived on time to determine the scope of work and estimate what it would cost. It was decided that the toilet would need to be replaced to cover where the tile was broke at the base and also to remove the object that had caused the backup. The plumber told me exactly what kind of toilet would work. I checked online to see where the closest one was, which was Home Depot. I drove there and purchase the toilet while the plumbers continued working. They unloaded the toilet, installed it and it fit perfectly over the broken tile. Everything was cleaned up nicely after it was repaired. One man removed the items from an under the sink to replace the hoses, and put everything back in neatly. They even broke open the old toilet and retrieved a $50.00 bottle of moisterizer that my cat had knocked into the toilet causing the problem.

It worked out well. They were efficient and clean. They are average and I would use them again but I don't have great or bad things to say...it's neutral.

Jeff did exactly what he described he was going to do. He was timely, professional and friendly. He was also super clean and left the rooms in good shape after he left. Considering he was here for four hours and had to jack hammer into the foundation as well as cut out and remove the rotten section of vent stack, I thought the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the service and work preformed. I will definitely use Tutko Plumbing in the future and would highly recommend them to neighbors and friends. Ask for Jeff, he was terriffic.

Quick, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. This was the last step in a bathroom remodel before tiling. I was comfortable doing the entire remodel except modifying in-wall copper piping. They came in, took care of exactly what I needed and got out of there. I'd use them again in a heartbeat. Bonus points for not complaining about the confinedworkspace or my imperfect DIY job.

Our main shutoff valve to the residence broke in the OFF position and had no water to the house. : { We called Tutko and Jeff and AJ arrived in less than an hour. Both knew exactly what was wrong and replaced the main valve with a more modern one and did it very quickly. In less than a half hour we had our water back on. YEAH! Thank you guys so much for your promptness and professionalism, all at a very reasonable price.

They were perfect! My phone call was answered professionally in three rings and I spoke with Al. He asked if he could call me back in ten minutes to check with the service guys out in the field. I received a phone call ten minutes later and they told me they could squeeze me in if I was available in 15 minutes. Talk about fast! They arrrived exactly as promised, were very professional and polite, quickly hooked up my refrigerator to the water line and checked the dishwasher. They advised me the dishwahser was getting water and I should call an appliance repairman or consider getting a new unit, but they did not do appliance repair which I was perfectly fine with. Al told me on the phone upfront they did not repair appliances but he would be happy to look at it. I was very pleased with their service and would gladly use them again. I thought the price was a little steep but since I have nothing to compare it to, it could have been the best price in town. I was happy to pay for work that I know will be done properly and guaranteed. I had to wait until my husband was out of town to call a plumber or my refridgerator would have sat for months with no water :).

We discovered considerable damage inside a closet from a water leak that had apparently been going on for some time. We determined that the leak was in an inaccessible location behind the 2nd floor bathroom tub. Professional repairs were necessary. We contacted Al at Tutko Plumbing after reading positive reviews here on Angie's List. Al was very pleasant on the phone and extremely responsive to our need. They were able to respond first thing the following day but we waited an additional day to better accommodate our schedule. On the appointed day Jeff and Jay showed up at the house right on time as promised. They called ahead of time to confirm their planned arrival. The actual repair went very quickly. They took good care to pin point the location to minimize destructive probing in the wall. Since the repair was going to involve cutting into a recently painted wall in our living area this was important to me. They carefully opened a hole only large enough to make the repair. They quickly found the defect (a pin hole in the copper line) and replaced the necessary fittings and pipe. All told, the job took less than two hours. The cost to repair the plumbing was very fair at $233. A detailed invoice was provided. We would hire this company again in a heart beat. Very responsive, professional and well prepared to accomplish the work. They cleaned up the work area and left no mess behind. Repairs to the closet and wall finishes will be by others at a future date.

Both installs were well done. Tutko staff do great work and are very responsive. Very professional!!!! I just bought a new house and plan to call on them for my plumbing needs there.

Tutko came with two plumbers, both nice, and fixed our disposal by installing a new one, said ours was not fixable. And they unclogged a bathroom sink, which looks easy now that I know how to do it. They were very nice. We got an Angie's list discount and the price was acceptable. Took about 30 minutes total.

The toilet was leaking at the base,however, the plumber indicated that it was sealed and not a problem. It continued to leak so I called another plumber and they immediately said that it was not sealed and promptly sealed it. No more leaks after that. Some people might be satisfied with this company I was not and will never call them again for any service.

We researched a ton of companies and we're really glad we decided to use Tutko Plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They were very professional, friendly, and did a great job on everything. We made some changes to the way we designed the tub area, but they were able to make the changes without a hitch. We would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to have a quality job done at a fair price.

Called Tutko and they were out within a couple hours to replace a turn-off valve on my outdoor plumbing line. Guys did a great job.
