The plumbers from Tutko were fantastic. They were really flexible abut what they were doing. I felt like they were giving me good advice. They gave me different options. I like that they didn't try to push any products on me. They are just really great. They are always available. I would definitely use them again.

Could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Most importantly, they did not make me feel like they were taking advantage of a senior citizen with almost no expertise in plumbing matters. Timely, respectful, and fair priced-I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

They were excellent. I would recommend them to anybody. The guy was very personable. He did tell me that normally they do not come out this way, but they did in this instance and he also gave me his card.

The communication wasn't very good. It could have been as my fault as theirs.

They gave great service. They had slightly higher prices but I was satisfied.

I would hire them again but negotiate the price.

Mr. Tutko had taken my original call and scheduled an appointment. He was a no show, but when I called the office his partner apologized - said there had been a family emergency and set a second appointment a few hours later. He was prompt, efficient and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely call them again.

I called around 9:30 and Jeff said he would get to my house around 11:00-11:30, he called around 10:30 to ask if noon would be okay. It was, and he showed up on time. He was very polite and professional. Figured out my plumbing quickly, he also reused pieces that were still good thus saving me money. He hooked up my dishwasher and even set it and stabilized it and did not charge me. He was very informative and made sure the water drained quickly before he left.

Came and inspected for leak. None found in house. Determined leak was in the water main from the city meter to the house. They advised for possible solutions as well as cost effectiveness. I dug a new trench and they installed the new pipe and helped a little in backfill. A bit pricey, but good quality work overall.

They came the same day called within the time period specified. It was a simple fix that took about 15 total minutes. The minimum charge was $85, which I thought was a little high considering the amount of time fixing the actual problem (I should note that I'm pretty cheap as a rule). But the work was prompt, so I guess that makes it okay.

Jeff showed up on time both days got right to work. The plumbing in the house was poorly done, but he managed to fix the problems and install the new fixtures very fast. Place was neat and tidy when he left. Will use this company for all future plumbing.

Although not exactly prompt with his service (he was 1 1/2 hours late after calling to tell me he was on the way), I was very pleased once he arrived. Didn't sell me something he didn't think I needed even though I was ready to pay for it. I appreciated his integrity and knowledge and would use this company again.

Arrived on time. Professional and very customer service oriented. Hose Bib was an additional request and an unplanned task and they fixed that, as well. I didn't compare prices. They were available when I called, unlike some others who were not or did not call back. I would call them again for any future plumbing problems.

Very professional service. They showed up as planned and finished on time. Fair price, excellent work and invoice matched the estimate.

He's coming back to do some follow up work , but the initial job was excellent.

I PERSONALLY NEED TO USE A COMPANY MORE THEN ONCE TO DETERMINE HOW WELL THEY DO, BUT FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT.

Al Tutko was very positive, polite and professional. He scheduled our service call for the same day and was prompt. Al explained the problem and solution clearly,(but not condescending) and in a manner that gave me confidence in his ability to do a good job the first time. He didn't waste any time while completing the repair and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with his service and will certainly call again if other plumbing problems arise.

Great job all around. They came as scheduled and fixed a leak under the slab of the house. Everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. While they did not leave the house as they found it (they do not fix the drywall they remove), they did have someone to recommend to do the work and he was good. They did the work as scheduled-it was two days before they came out because first you have to have someone find the leak and that took one day to get done. A good job by everyone.

I SPOKE WITH JEFF THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. HE CAME OVER WITHIN 2 HOURS. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY QUICKLY. WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN.

AFTER TRYING TO REPAIR THE LEAK ON OUR OWN, WE CALLED TUTKO PLUMBING. THEY WERE PROMPT IN THEIR RESPONSE. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOLD US EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING AT ALL TIMES. WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT SINCE.

TUTKO PLUMBING WAS HONEST, DEPENDABLE, AND TIMELY. THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. WHEN YOU CALL THEM WITH A PROBLEM THEY WILL 9 OUT OF 10 TIMES COME THAT SAME DAY. VERY GOOD SERVICE.
