Technician was prompt, easy to communicate with and worked around my schedule. It does help as others have mentioned, to know exactly what you need to complete a project, and the limitations of your existing structure.

We purchased a fan on line to match the existing fans we had. I had to buy an additional 18” down-rod . During the install the electrician told us that our fan required a non standard down-rod. He not only told us where to buy the right down-rod we needed but he returned the same day to complete the installation!! Excellent service!!
