Were helpful explaining all issues involved with my project. Very professional.

A GFCI had blown in the barn and could not be reset. Bob was quite cordial when he arrived and very professional. He had the solution and problem fixed within the first hour. I highly recommend TIO Electric and will use them in the future for all my electrical needs.

Bill Brown, a very personable young man, installed a light and ceiling fan for me. He had to go through the attic, run 10' of wire, drill the hole, and assemble the lighting fixture/fan before hanging - all in about 2 hours. Did an excellent job and will use him again for any other electrical needs. Good job, Bill!

Jim was great. Showed up on time and did great work. Even did some drywall work filling the old hole from where the socket was prior. I'd use them again in a heartbeat! I used Service Magic to find them and was called within minutes of submitting my job!

Bruce, who worked with me to arrange the appointment/work was patient, cordial, and attentive to the details. Rick, the electrician, was skilled, exceptionally personable, calm, organized.. ....cleaned all the work areas.......and left me with beautiful light fixtures.

I had some problems with getting E-Mail documents I needed but found out later the mail was being delivered to my spam folder.

custoner service was horrible they are holding my permit hostage they didnt complete the work and Lace was calling and harrassing my grandmother about payment when i never signed a contract with them very over priced...it really pays to shop around i will never do business with these guys again.......feeling ripped off

His ability to expertly and rapidly work with me, the facility maintenance supervisor, and the requirements of the job was much appreciated. Scott, TIO's technician, arrived promptly and performed the work expertly. We discussed the task to be completed and he addressed all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. TIO was installing an electric car charging station that I provided. This involved adding a dedicated 240V circuit to my breaker box, then running the line to a proper location and mount the charge station on the wall. Now I can charge my Chevy Volt in a third the time required for a 110V circuit. I won't hesitate to call on Turn-It-On Electric for future electrical work.
