Description of Work: I had earwigs in the house. Our prior service sprayed twice and the problem worsened. Robert from Truly Nolen came and treated inside and out, explained about the product used, what to expect. The treatment is working and I'm very pleased.

Description of Work: Services not exactly provided by Truly Nolen; I had a bee problem, so they sent out a bee expert they contract with--who was terrific. Knowledgeable about bees in general, thorough about discussing the problem (and in an interesting way; answered all my questions, too, b/c I found those bees fascinating!)--and efficiently dealing with it. As result of this experience, I'd like to assume Truly Nolen would be as good with any people they provided, whether it be their own, or those to whom they contract out. Expensive, but worth it.

Description of Work: I discovered a termite tube growing out of my ceiling and called Truly Nolan. They responded quickly and treated the area inside and outside, quickly and neatly. As always, the technician was friendly and professional. I will happily continue to use them. I have a service agreement with them, so there was no charge for this visit.
