 + 1 moreThey have worked with me for years with my termite problem. When we bought the house the bedroom had been rebuilt due to termites. He is so good that if we seem to have a problems he will come out for free and take care of the problem. They are very good at helping me and responding when I have a concern, I like that about them, and will continue to use their service, he has done good at keeping everything away this far.
Description of Work: They do the general spraying for pests in and outside monthly, and they come yearly for termite control inspection. My house is 1,800 square foot. I have a yearly contract with them and pay yearly.

WHEN HE CAME BUY TO PICK UP THE LITTLE RAT THAT HAD BEEN CAPTURED, HE SAID HE MIGHT NOT HAVE TIME IN HIS WORK DAY TO RELEASE THE RAT, AND THAT IT MIGHT DIE FROM BEING IN THE HOT TRUCK ALL DAY. I WAS VERY UPSET THAT HE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE RAT.
Description of Work: SERVICEMAN CAME BY WITH TWO CAGES TO CAPTURE RATS. WE CHOSE THE CAGES BECAUSE THEY DON'T KILL THE RATS LIKE THE SNAP TRAPS DO.

HE CHARGED US MORE THAN THE ESTIMATED COST WHICH DID NOT MAKE ME HAPPY. WHEN I CALLED TO REPORT THIS, I WAS TOLD TO JUST BASICALLY DEAL WITH IT. THAT THE SERVICE WOULD BE WORTH IT. I DID NOT FEEL THIS WAS THE MOST APPROPRIATE WAY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION.
Description of Work: THERE WAS A 3 ZONE SPRAY OF MY HOME. THEY SPRAYED FOR INSECTS IN THE WALLS OF MY HOME, THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME AND A SMALL DISTANCE FROM MY HOME. IT WAS TO GET RID OF INSECTS IN OR AROUND MY HOME.
