I was in the process of tearing down a shed for a new home that I had just purchased and when I was getting ready to pull the floor out a family of what I thought was mice ran out. I called a few places to see if I could get someone out to give me an idea of what was going on with my situation. I called Truly Nolan and they were able to send me the most knowledgable sales tech ever! I was so impressed with the information that he provided and he made me feel so comfortable! Michael is star employee and far exceed my expectations. I will be using this company for all my pest and insect needs.

Truly Nolan is a large company. Like most large exterminators, they provide services on a quarterly basis. The fee is about the same as three months with a smaller company that comes every month. They are charging much more for the same services provided but less often. I feel more protection from a company that provides services monthly rather than quarterly

The service guy that came out was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He arrived on time and completed his work in an efficient amount of time. Prior to him showing up, I received a call the prior Friday letting me know he would be out and to call back if I needed to reschedule. We have been using Truly Nolen for over two years now and they have taken care of all our bug problems 100% of the time. We experiencing a bad cricket problem once a month after service was done and they came back out and took care of the it at no additional charge. Truly Nolen offers an annual package where they come out four times each quarter for $95. They spray, lay granules down for specific bugs, and put stick strips by the doors in our garage to catch crickets or other insects we don't want in the house. We have two small children and two Labrador retrievers and have never had any problems; even when they did the inside of the house. While the chemicals they use are not "green" like some companies, they have not posed any problems to our family or plants. We used a "Green" company prior to Truly Nolan and it was both expensive and inefficient at resolving the insect problem. We live in North Phoenix and back up to a wash, and for the most part the cricket, scorpion, and other pest problems are few and far between. This in my opinion is due to the service that Truly Nolen provides; as our neighbors who don't have anything done are always talking about the issues they have with insects.

They sprayed inside and out and it was good. It helped with bugs but it didn't totally get rid of them. It helped a lot. I think they are as good as any.

TN provides quarterly spraying of the property in Scottsdale. They call to remind me of the visit. On occasion, I've seen a scorpion and they come right out for an additional spraying at no charge. I would have given them "A"s across the board, but when I tried to use them to get rid of roof rats in a rental, they basically refused to do the job unless they could "upsell" me to a big maintenance program at high cost. I explained that it was a rental property and the roof rat problem occurred in the past and was fixed with 1-2 visits, but they still refused. I called another company (Sonoran Pest Control) and the problem was resolved with 2 visits and much lower cost.

Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control We are pretty happy with them. They got rid of the termites 20 or 15 years. Now I have a warranty with time and they do prevention spray. And they repair any damage the termites had made. I have 2 part contract with them. One for termite control and one for regular bug spray. Very personable, they try to get to know their customers, and their needs. Very good customer service.

Were as promised: pricey but effective. Punctual, courteous, did I mention PRICEY? But EFFECTIVE. They all-but stopped the infestation with the first visit - and eliminated it with the second. Was reported to me by a friend that other company used "watered down" or at least weak, less effective chemicals. It may or may not have been more enviro friendly but it might as well have been termite tiramisu as they, if not necessarily "loved it", were at least apparently not in the least deterred by it and were spreading through house at alarming rate. You DO get what you pay for. Truly Nolen took care of business - and the problem. Cost of annual contract with annual inspection and no cost additional treatment (after initial treatment): $260.

Josh came out on a Saturday morning and did the inspection. He explained in detail what he found and what our options were. We got estimates from other companies, one that was cheaper, but felt that Truly Nolen had the best plan and we liked the way Josh explained everything. Mike's work was very good: he was thorough, spending the better part of the day doing the treatment: exterior, interior, walls and attic. We did not have two areas ready but they are coming back when we move everything. Truly Nolan's warranty is only a year (renewable for $150) but we had more confidence in the work they did and the coverage they gave us. Good experience.

Very professional, prompt, courteous service. Originally called because we had roof rats in our house. The company did a great job of setting traps for the rats and sealing up any exterior holes in the house where the rats could enter. The cost for the rat extermination and a year of pest control service in addition to the rats was not that great, so we added the pest control as well. I have been very pleased with the lack of any pests in our house. The crickets, ants and giant water bugs are gone. The price is a little high, but the service is great.
