Description of Work: They sent Rich out for Bee extermination. We had a swarm in our patio that had gotten into our family room wall. Rich arrived as schedule and was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. He had to cut into our wall and the repair looks great. No more Bees and that is guaranteed for a year. They really do wear that hat and netting over their heads.

Description of Work: Truly Nolen's service representative was very thorough in his application and explanation of pest control services. He explained all of the chemical treatments and assured us of their safety, both for us and for our pets. While certainly not the least expensive solution, they did seem to provide a very comprehensive service.
