Description of Work: We had the top part of a double hung dual pane aluminum window replaced. The gentleman who initially came and measured (Ben) was also one of the two installers who replaced the window. Both gentlemen were personable and they cleaned up after themselves. They were also more than $100.00 less than another quote we received and $70.00 less than a third quote we received. I am now looking at having them install a new shower door for me.

Description of Work: We needed to replace our bathroom window as the seal was broken and fogging up. True View window was so easy and professional to work with - they came out quickly and installed quickly to accomodate the time crunch that I was in. Would use again.

Description of Work: I called for them to replace the glass in a kitchen window. They said I would have to replace the whole window and sent me a quote, but they said they would have to order it from the manufacturer and wouldnt be able to install for at least 3 weeks. I need this a lot sooner.

Description of Work: Rock thrown through front window and we called Trueview because of their Angie's List high marks . First quote was $330.00 approximately. Than I told them I have an angie list coupon (order #539870) for $99 window replacement and they said no problem and they came out and measured and the installer David Stout called into the office to give them measurement and glass particulars. They came out 1 week later 1/14/13 with new glass. The glass brought out did not match our front windows. I told the installer we are leaving town for 3 weeks and need the wrong glass installed until we got back. There was not enough time before we left to remanufacture another glass. The installer put the wrong glass in as we could not leave town with front glass shattered. After our trip on 2/11/13 Trueview came back out this time with the right glass but they handed me an additional bill for $190.88. I gave them a personal check. It appears to me we had to pay the extra $190.88 for their mistake. I chose not to get into a discussion about it. The $99 window replacement turned into $99 we charged to our credit card plus an additional $190.88 personal check or $289.88.

Description of Work: A quote over the phone was given based on my measurements of the window glass to be replaced, But to be sure they sent a technition to get exact dimensions, price never changed from quote, once the glass arrived after order, replacement was easy and fast, I will use them again if needed, a great experience on the phone and with the instalation.

Description of Work: I have a garden door and the glass needs to be replaced. I called this company and got an estimate to replace the double pane glass over the phone. I had every intention of using this company for the repair and I'm sure they do great work based on their reviews. However, after they came out to measure they let me know that the glass is a type that cannot be fixed and that the entire door must be replaced. I am taking their advice and will be replacing the door. I only wish that they would have come out to measure and view the job first before I had to buy the $99 coupon.

Description of Work: Getting ready to sell home and a bird broke safety glass by upstairs bathroom. They came out day I called to give me an estimate and order glass. When it was in they proceeded to do an excellent job fixing it. They were timely, professional and would use them again without a doubt when needed.

Description of Work: I had a glass panel in our arcadia door replaced because the seal on the double pain had broke and there was fog in it. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in years but it was all on the inside of the glass. I used a deal on Angies List for True View to come out for an estimate. It was the same amount another company had given my husband but we would have to take the glass panel to them. It took only one week from estimate to install. David, service technician, came out to install, he was early and they called to tell me he would be. He did a great job and even cleaned the entire arcadia door and turned my handle around because it was backwards, we didnt even know it. I will have True View come back to do other windows in my house.

Description of Work: I have a large arched front window that was cracked. TruView gave me a very reasonable estimate for the replacement. When the 2-man crew came over, they were prompt and quickly completed the job. As I had scheduled another appt and needed to leave, they accommodated me by finished the work inside first so I could lock the house up. They did a good job of cleaning up and I'm very pleased with the new window and the installation.
