Description of Work: This was a comedy of errors. Basically, I asked for extra service beyond the coupon package. Technician measured and priced the service (which, if they hadn't fumbled the ball, would have brought them more than $1300 extra). But office miscommunications made a shamble of what should have been a simple process. Seemed like good people, but the fact that they didn't trust the word of their own technician made me lose confidence in their professionalism.

Description of Work: A bedroom window (dual pane) was replaced. Unfortunately the first employee did not measure the window accurately so it caused a delay and we needed to make another appointment to be at home. Other than that they were professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They replaced a window and installed new screens. This is the 2nd time I have used True View and received the same level of service and professionalism.

Description of Work: They were punctual and did a good job of installing new window panes and some screens. We would definitely use them again. As a more minor detail, we have white carpets and we would have appreciated having them put on shoe coverings as they came and went.

Description of Work: I had a large window that the seal was compromised on and the entire window needed to be replaced. I called 3 other companies for bids and they were all $700.00-$900.00 higher. True View was the company with the most experience and the least expensive. One of the other popular companies listed on Angie's List told me I would have to pay extra and purchase tempered glass. True View assured me they could handle the job with regular glass. | |They came out to give me an exact quote, ordered the glass and in a weeks time had it installed. I was even out of town when they came for the installation. They did a great job and I would definitely contact them again for window replacement.

Description of Work: Replaced window glass.

Description of Work: True view replaced 2 old windows with new Milgard vinyl windows. From the time they scheduled the initial estimate, to scheduling the install and through the installation, True View was completely professional and prompt. The scheduling department both calls and sends e-mails to confirm appointment times and the staff show up promptly. The installation of the two new windows couldn't have gone any better. Considering the amount of effort required to remove the old windows, I though there would be damage inside the house, but there was none. When the team was complete, you couldn't even tell there was work done - everything looked great, was caulked perfectly and the team cleaned up all the mess. Externally, the stucco repair guy came the next two days and completed the stucco work and the windows blend in seamlessly with the rest of the house. I'd definitely use True View again for any window replacements.

Description of Work: I purchased a "replace rollers on sliding glass door" package. The door was difficult to open and close and usually required two hands to get it closed. There were two techs assigned and the first one got started while waiting for the second guy. They were friendly and professional and did some other cosmetic repairs at no additional charge. The door now opens and closes smoothly and easily. I am completely satisfied with the job and would highly recommend True View Windows and Glass.

Description of Work: Replaced the glass in my sliding glass door. The price was about 15-20% higher than what I found with others. However, they were the only ones able to do it the same day.
