Description of Work: Replaced two smaller Windows and a larger window. Everything went great and the sales team member was very helpful. One worker, when removing a window, made a picture frame fall from the other wall down splicing our tv cable. We had to buy a new one. One worker reminded him to check for picture frames and he said "oh boy they're without tv, poor things." Apparently he didn't think I could hear him from inside. Then same worker tracked some black sticky substance in the house on our new floors that I had to scrub off. They also forgot a screen and said when the new one came in they'd come by and install. No big deal, until the new one came and it was the wrong size. 3 weeks later I got a new screen. Then it came time to stucco which takes from 2-5 days. I called them on day 3 to see when it'd be scheduled and they said they don't work directly which the stucco guy and for me to call myself. When I called he said "uh oh." He forgot about our house so he came on day 6. The sales manager did discount a small amount from my bill which I appreciated but it was a lot to go through.

Description of Work: True View replaced the glass in four large windows in our dining area/kitchen. The job went very well.

Description of Work: The company tried to make a glass table top for me, but the pattern did not work out, so they promptly and without question, returned my deposit. Even though this transaction did not work out, I will contact them again if I need future glass work.

Description of Work: We had an aluminum frame fall out of place in an arched window and needed it replaced. True View was timely and professional with their estimate and work overall. The B rating is for the fact that after measuring, the window that came in did not fit the arch. After a re-measure and then installation, we realized that the frame pieces in the arch did not match those of the main window and the product had to be reordered and re-installed a 2nd time. They initially offered to either discount the work and leave the new window in place or reorder the window at no discount when the frames did not align, but did agree to both the discount and replacement of the window in the end. | |I would consider using them again because their staff is friendly and professional and handled the situation well, but it was a frustrating process to get to the final result.

Description of Work: I had 6 old, single pane, leaking aluminum windows replaced in my home. True View quoted the window replacement, measured the old windows, ordered the new windows and installed them. They were very accommodating and worked around my schedule. The installers were on time, clean, very professional and courteous. Their skill and knowledge level was superb. The windows were efficiently installed on time and in one day.

Description of Work: True View removed four large older windows and installed double pane replacement windows. Two installers came out to do the work. After installation they caulked expertly, and disposed of the old windows.
