Because of the width of the glass shower door, a special order was necessary. We received estimates from other companies but felt the most comfortable with True View. Great communications with Natalia at their front desk. The gentlemen who took the measurements and did the installation were pros. They called ahead of time to announce their arrival, were polite and professional, did a very nice job with the installation and clean up. They also gave suggestions on how to best maintain the glass to keep it looking good in the years to come. We were very pleased with their work ethic and attitude.They followed up with phone calls asking if we were satisfied with the job done and if we needed anything else. Highly recommend!

The initial appointment was scheduled right away and the technician arrived on time. He broke the new glass as he was installing it though so we had to reschedule and because of the holidays they had to reschedule it about 2 weeks out. When they came back the second time they did a great job.

In terms of their pricing, it helped that I had a coupon; but initially they were more expensive than another company that was also highly rated and nearby. I called them back and worked with one of their representatives; they were willing to negotiate and beat the price of the other company. I chose them based on reviews, service, and price. They also have a good product. It was a positive experience from start to finish.

Prompt, good value, good quality

They came out and looked at the job and couldn't perform the work.

The window quality was excellent and the installation tech and measurement tech were prompt, did a great job, and were professional. The reason for a B on overall experience, punctuality, and professionalism is due to the misinformation by the folks who answered the phone and with whom I did business before the installation. I was told it would be 3-5 days for the glass to come in, then the measurement tech told me 7-10 business days. I was told the coupon I bought could be used as the deposit, but then my glass wasn't ordered for several days b/c the office folks thought they were waiting on my deposit check. I will say, once I shared my concerns with Jed (not sure that is the correct name) he took care to put a rush order on my window and it was actually installed in less than 3 days. He also sent me a thank you note with a Starbucks gift card which I thought was a very nice gesture. So, not an A experience, but they corrected the glitches and I would do business with them again -- and I would recommend them to others. Just be sure you ask very specific questions and get specific answers.

Everyone I spoke with in the company was professional and polite. They installed two windows and both are working great now! I recommended them to my neighbors and they will be hiring them as well. Great job!

In short, it went excellent though and though. They completely built new screen frames with screens. The staff were very helpful and knowledable. The screens were complete in a few days. If there is ever another occasion I need this sort of work done I will definately hire these folks again. I used a coupon I found on Angies list and took the damaged screens to them so that knocked the price down. Even without those inducements it would still be a A1 deal.

Used Angie's List "deal" to purchase most of service. Called firm and arranged date, explaining the job but I was unfortunately vague about size of windows. Person called before arriving and arrived on time. Fixed sliding window immediately but window in door needed tempered glass which was ordered. They called to set up return to install tempered glass, which was completed 4 days after initial visit. I felt this was very prompt and responsive. Work looks good. Total time from initial phone call to completion was one week despite my not providing them sufficient information to do job on first visit.

It went very well from start to finish, despite a slight glitch in communication re whether or not I would get an estimate from an eyes on technician or just the phone answerer. Once the glitch was worked out the job went smoothly. The technician arrived within the promised time frame, was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. The technician's name was Dwayne Bridges and I told him that I would give him an excellent recommendation for the work performed and the professional manner in which it was done.

I schedule a service call for the person to come out and measure my window. They then ordered the window and scheduled for it's install.

Just the day after purchasing a "Deal" on Angie's List, the company called to offer service. I scheduled and they were here in less than 48 hours to measure and within a week or so came back with the panel to install in the original window frame. Looks like it never happened and that is a good thing!

Very well. I originally called about the $99 Deal and was told I needed to purchase the deal and then call them with the coupon. I did and they scheduled it within a few days. The installer called 30 minutes before he was going to be there and was very personable and did a good job.

A golf ball had broken one pane of a double pain window. True View Windows had someone out to measure the window within a day or two, and brought the new window in a few days. They installed it quickly and were very neat and polite. The cost was very reasonable, and the service was great.

Extremely professional. I have very high standards and the guys met all my expectations taking the time to explain things as they went along and double checking all measurements. The window tinting company is a little "young" but in the end the installation was great (they just need experience dealing with customers.) I have no price comparison as I just went with them. All I can say is the windows look great and I will use them again. We've had one major storm and nothing leaked!!

Great price and quality. Repair took a week longer than originally quoted because glass delivery was delayed but overall great company and services I would use again.

True View is very professional. They communicate through out the whole process and are very punctual. The only lengthy process was our glass required to be a custom cut so the lead time was extended, but communicated clearly upfront.
