I had a large double-paned window (approximately 7 feet wide by 4 feet tall) in my kitchen eating area replaced. Our window had lost its seal, and condensation and dirt had become trapped between the panes. I described my problem and window dimensions over the phone and received an estimate that was hundreds of dollars lower than their competitors. The following week Tru View sent a technician to measure my window's exact dimensions and to verify the specific type of window required. It turned out that my window was gray-tinted and slightly more expensive than the cost of the clear window quoted in my phone estimate. Nonetheless, they honored their original estimate. About a week later two installers (one of them was the guy who measured the window the week before) came to remove and replace my old window. They were punctual, very professional, friendly, and did a great job. Due to their great service and reasonable prices, I would recommend Tru View to anyone in need of window replacement or repair.

First Paul, a salesman came out and priced the window for me. Next, Troy came and measured. When the window was ready for installation Mark and Nathan did the installation. They were very efficient, helpful and neat. All in all, I am very satisfied. Would use them again.

True View came out, measured the window, gave us an accurate replacement cost, ordered the new glass and had the window replaced within one week.

Even though the window was still under warranty, Atrium indicated it was not covered. The technician, Dwayne Bridges, examined the window, explained that there was a possibility that the glass could crack attempting to deglaze and repair it, and gave an estimate of the cost if the glass did crack. Dwayne was very careful, and fortunately, he was able to repair the window without any additional costs. Dwayne was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely use True View again. As an aside, this is the third time I had a problem with an Atruim window, still under warranty, for which I was told the warranty would not cover the repair. I would NOT buy Atrium windows in the future.

I have a condo in Scottsdale however I live outside of Arizona. I was informed by my HOA that my sliding glass door out to my patio was shattered. I called True View Windows and Glass and they promptly went to my condo, cleaned up the broken glass, measured the door and then secured the unit for me. They had the glass in stock and within the next hour they had returned to my unit and repaired the door. I was kept informed both by phone and emails of their progress, estimate of cost and the final invoice. The cost was very reasonable and I even used a 10% coupon from Angie's List. Needless to say I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I initially had a problem with a sales representative, but once I was directed to another sales representative, the process was smooth. After looking online for non-custom doors, I decided to check out a glass company. I am glad I did. True View provided us with a custom glass door (including installation) for a fraction of the price I was seening at homedepot.com. I was able to provide the represenative with an approximate measurement, the color of the glass and the type of fixtures I wanted for a rough estimate. I scheduled a measurement and they came out without incident. Once I gave the down payment, they ordered the glass. The glass came in sooner than expected and we were able to get our door installed soon thereafter. I love the door and would use True View again for our other glass needs.

Arrived as scheduled. Completed the agreed upon work for the agreed upon price in a timely, professional manner.

He came and measured and then came back in 2 or 3 days to replace it. He was fast. It was early in the morning and he made little to no noise. He was very professional. He was in and out within 45 minutes. It was really good. He was really nice. I didn't compare his prices.

The service went well. I received a discount on the replacement of one pane by using an Angie's List coupon, but the other three panes on the window were full price. The installer was on time and made sure to keep the area clean. The service was fast. I would recommend this business.

Very good communication. they came out to inspect the window and determine the problem. They ordered parts coming back a few days later to make the repairs. They fixed the broken spring and when testing the window the second spring broke. They ordered this part and came back a third time to make that repair at NO additional charge to me. What a great experience.

They were able to quickly arrange for an estimate--other companies were scheduling more than a week out for an estimate. Scheduling the glass replacement was also very easy. The installer arrived in the window given. He quickly and professionally replaced the glass. I would use them again.

True view came out to measure the glass. The tech right away noticed that the previous window that was installed (before I owned the house) was the incorrect thickness. he also knew which brand the manufacture was and the type of glass. The service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The front office person I spoke with was very pleasant, nice and also knowledgeable. The tech came back the following week to install the window. He covered exposed carpet with a drop cloth and did a very clean professional job.

Called TruView March 15, 2013 for information about screens and tint for my windows in my home. I explained I had multiple windows that I wanted tinted, a sliding screen door installed, and maybe a few other windows screened in my home. The woman that I was talking to said she couldn't schedule an appointment for an estimate and that someone would call me back (This phone call was @ 12:00 p.m.). I didn't receive a return phone call until 5 minutes before 5:00 p.m. It was decided that a technician would be available today, March 25, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. On Monday, March 18, I called back to try to reschedule for Wednesday, March 20, but was told to leave a message because the person responsible for making appointments was on lunch. Again, I did not receive a return phone call until 5 minutes before 5:00 p.m. When I did receive a return phone call, I was told Wednesday had already filled up so I went ahead and settled with my original estimate date. I received a phone call today at 9:45 a.m. to notify me that the tech is on his way. David arrived at my home to take measurements for the sliding screen door to be installed. I informed him that I had other windows that I had wanted tinted and he said that he only does screens and not tint. A different tech would have to come to my home for tinting. When he said that I was very irritated. Furthermore, he had paperwork for installation of (2) sliding screen doors and for tint to be installed on these windows as well. At no point in my original phone call, did I say that I wanted both sliding screen doors and for there to be tint on these particular glass doors as well. David called the TruView office to find out about the windows that I had wanted tinted throughout my home. I was standing right there when he made the call on speakerphone and I could hear the conversation that took place. The woman had said, "I have no idea about tinting other windows." David had also notified her that I did not want tint on these two sliding glass windows and only 1 sliding screen door installed. David hung up the phone and finished taking measurements and said that someone will be calling me back for a deposit and to setup an appointment for installation of the screen door. Of course, no return phone call was made to schedule installation, nor was there any inquiry about tinting the windows in my home. What attracted me to this company on Angie's List was the fact that they were "Super Service Award" winners. At no point. from my original phone call to the interaction with the tech, did I ever experience anything super about this company. In addition, I called a different company for tint and I am still debating if I want this screen door installed from them. Total disappointment.

It went fine. The guy showed up on time and repaired the frame so that it would close again.

True View did an excellent job overall. Quality and price were good. I used a big deal from them to lower the price and am happy with the quality and value they provided.

After an email I got an appointment for a quote quickly. They came out and measured and we ended up having to replace fewer windows than we thought we were going to have to which was a pleasant surprise. They were her for about an hour measuring and explaining the options. Got a quote back within 24 hours and got the service scheduled. The whole thing would have been completed in less than two weeks if I hadn't been traveling for work. They esitmated 5 hours for installation and it only took 3.

I called and spoke to someone about getting an estimate on some sun screens. I left my name and numbers and never heard from them again. I used AZ Sunscreens instead and have been very pleased.

They gave us a timeline of when it would be ready and got back to us a little early. They did a very good job. They did the service they promised on time.
