True View Windows and Glass

True View did an excellent job. Their measurements were perfect, their people were friendly and professional, and their cost was very competitive. The shower turned out beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow. I just feel so blessed that Dwayne was able and willing to come out at 1:30 am the night of Christmas to help secure my neighbor's home that was broken in to a couple hours earlier in the evening. My neighbors were away for x-mas and the police & I couldn't get a hold of them. So, I had to make a decision on what to do to secure their entries that were compromised. The police couldn't stay outside all night to secure the home. They had to leave. I googled and found True View. Dwayne was on call and came right out. He did an awesome job. I would highly recommend True View. Dwayne is a super employee. Very friendly, helpful, good suggestions, not pushy. Very reasonable price for it being on X-mas night at 1:30 am.

Replaced window in garage. They went over and above to replace the window as this was a more difficult replacement than usual - the window frame was over-built by the faux brick installer. This did not allow for the easiest window replacement, but they did a great job!

True View was very proffessinol . they did exactly what i waned , The installers were the best i have ever delt with. If you need windows you cant go wrong with True View. I would use them again.

Called them after my son put a baseball through our front window. Were able to come out within 2 days, and fix it on the spot, replace the glass. Estimate was in line with another I had gotten by phone. While the technician was here, I had him look at another window which wouldn't stay open, and he fixed it for me in a couple of minutes, no charge, showed me how to deal with problem if it happens again, how to lubricate properly, etc..

I called True View Windows based on Angie's List reviews. I emailed them a photo of our window and they quickly scheduled a repair visit. The repairman who showed up said the window couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced, but that it should costs between $300 and $400. A formal estimate was to follow. Several days later, I was surprised to receive an email with a final price of over $600. I questioned the rationale and had to press the point that he should speak to the repairman re why we initially were given a significantly different price. He said he'd get back to me, but never did. I'm not going to speculate on why this happened, but leave it that there's an obvious problem both on pricing communications and follow up.

They were prompt. Had the glass ready to install prior to the date they had told me. John installed the glass quickly and did a great job. He was careful to ensure that he cleaned up after himself and that everything worked properly before he left.

They measured each item and set a date to return with the products. They came on the day and time they said they would. The screen door did not meet my expectations (a misunderstanding). They returned to replace it with one that is of a better quality. Everything was accomplished with professionalism and great customer service.

They were prompt, courteous, and the workmanship was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company.

I don't mind paying a reasonable fee to have the doors re-installed (same door size as old doors) but to charge double is crazy! I told them I would pay $100.00, like the first time, and they said "No. it's $200.00 and if you have someone else re-install them we'll void your warranty". Home Depot agreed that the price was outrageous and called them to complain about it and they told them the same thing!

True View took my order over the phone. Called around 11 am and picked up my mirrors around 2:30 pm Price was right, service was quick and product did what I hoped it would do.

They were extremely professional and timely. Also they were very helpful.

They replaced an arch window glass above my entry door. The size was approximately 7ft x 4 ft. It was special low E glass. They came out on time. They had to order the glass but kept in good communication and the install went fine. I thought the price was a bit high, but with the Angies List coupon, it was a competitive price. Overall I'm happy and would use them again.

I called for information on having five windows repaired. The operator identified the likely problem, gave me a ball park estimate and transferred me to the scheduler. The scheduler took more information, repeated the quote and set a time for the tech to come to the house. The tech arrived on time, confirmed the problem, measured the windows and collected a (50%) deposit. The scheduler called a few days later to set up a time for another tech to install the new balancers. This tech also arrive on time, installed the balancers, dealt with some other issues on some of the windows and left with the window as good as new. Great process and great result.

I decided to try and upgrade all of my windows and found True View here through Angies List. Had great reviews, so I thought I'd give them a shot. A sales guy came out to my house, and brought a couple of options to consider. My wife and I thought highly of this and got a quote, which was pricey but reasonable. But we wanted to be able to see the windows in a showroom environment so we could get a better sense of what it was that we were seeing. The salesman was very nice, and said come on over and he'd be happy to show us. Well, we have busy schedules. It turns out that the showroom is only open something like 7:30 AM to 5 pm monday through friday. It's not open in the evenings or on weekends. I tried to come in on a Saturday only to find it closed. I talked to a helpful associate who put me into the voicemail of the sales guy (sorry I don't remember his name off the top of my head) to try to set up a time to come in. It's been 2 weeks now, and I have yet to hear back. I'm sorry, I can't wait that long. We decided to go with a different company where we could actually see the windows in the showroom. Very disappointed.

I purchased a Big Deal online, then contacted the company to schedule an appointment, which was quick and easy. They were able to get a technician out promptly, which was nice, because I didn't really have anything to cover the missing pane. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly got to work. Throughout the process, he made sure to minimize the amount of dirt and debris that was spread around, so he vacuumed and used a drop cloth to ensure that he caught everything. He finished in a very short amount of time and made sure that everything was clean before leaving. The new pane still looks good and like it was done well. I would definitely use them for future projects and recommendations to friends and family.

They came when they said they were going to. They did the job and it was done well as expected. Three days later, my dogs broke it out again. I called them and I expected to hear that they were not responsible for what my dogs did. It was just the opposite; they said that it should not have broken out in three days. They sent a supervisor over immediately and he said we needed to put a thicker window in there and he did it right there and I have had no problems with it. I was just impressed at how well they had gotten back to me. He did not charge me; he apologized and said that they would take care of it right away. He was really concerned at their quality. He did not charge me anything additional. I would use them again.

Arrived promptly and did measurements. Came back and installed window perfectly.

The installation went very well. The workmen were personable, courteous and very professional. They were punctual as well. The office staff answered all of my questions and made notes for the installers to be sure that they also checked the window that needed adjustment. Everyone was very pleasant.

I found the service to be a bait and switch. They have a coupon you can buy through Angies List. I called to make sure it would apply to my window, they said it would. Then came all the extras. Extra cost to have it replaced it 2 days instead of a week, extra money because it wasn't a square window. It also ended up taking a few days longer than it was supposed to. Also, they didn't even clean up the broken glass.

It was a pleasure dealing with a company with such great professionalism in a very long time. Scheduling went smooth and both appointments for the measuring and installation were done timely. The entire staff was friendly and courteous as well as professional.

They did a good job and were fantastic to work with. I would use them again.
