Description of Work: I needed my lawn watering system replaced, as it was leaking. The man came out, gave me a price and asked that I buy the needed pieces. I did buy them at Home Depot and when I told them I was ready for them, they did not remember me. The man came out the following Sunday; while I was away, which was fine. I had agreed to that. When I got home, the system was replaced. When I tried it, there was a leak. He came out for his payment and said the leak was in the part I bought, not in his labor. If I wanted the leaking part replaced, I'd have to take a picture of it, show Home Depot along with my receipt. He said he'd replace it...but the price wasn't clear. He didn't think the leak was bad, To me, a leak is a leak; waste of water. I would think they would test the new parts before they sealed them. The system works; leakage is a minimum at this time. They came out (on a Sunday) when no one else would.

Description of Work: I reached out to Triple "J" Lawn Service for a quote for the regular maintenance of my front yard (trimming, cleanup, etc). They were able to give me a quote even though I was out of their normal service area.

Description of Work: Removed three big bushes, trimmed and cleaned up the bushes in the front yard, and cleaned up all leaves and debris.

Description of Work: The guys at Triple J are unbelievable! They had dropped a card on my front door, and I called them (which I never do) because I had a project for the front yard and wasn't particularly happy with my current provider. They quoted me a very fair price for a large project that included drip systems, tree removal, flower beds, etc. There were changes during the process and they handled it with professionalism and talked to me up front and with all the pertinent information. Again, the communication skills are far superior to other services I have used and they called ahead of time and then showed up on time.....

Description of Work: They installed a new carpet of rocks in my front yard. They were very careful about making sure all the rock was cleaned off the sidewalk and washed down to minimize the dust. They arrived right on time and were very helpful when I asked for a few special tasks. I've used this company for a long time and rely on them to keep my yard looking beautiful at all times. They have even come at my request when something goes wrong in order to repair the damage, i.e., when a sprinkler head that blows off. I would refer anyone to this company.

I highly recommend him. He is unique in that this industry seems to have very very flakey and unreliable providers......Jaime delivers and is head and shoulders above anyone I have ever used over the past 30+ years!!!!!

Description of Work: Weekly yard and landscape services. Cut, clean, trim, and maintain/repair my font and back yard sprinkler/irrigation system!
