Excellent. Jaime came out with one other helper and did an excellent job. He knows what he's doing and takes the time to methodically and intelligently trim appropriate branches. No hack jobs or "topping" like many "landscapers" will do to your trees. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this service, and will absolutely use them again.

Both tasks were difficult given the location of these items. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I plan to have them trim several other trees yet this year.

They were dependable, prompt, on time, and did all of those items above for only $120, which is very reasonable, giving it was the first cleaning in months and the broken hose was difficult to access. I was conveniently able to text Jaime to clarify a few items. I would highly recommend this company. I was pleased with them, their dependability, their services and their communication. I am going to use them for my monthly services.

Needed two olive trees trimmed back and was able to get their deal online. After a week we didn't receive confirmation and I needed to call them to ensure everything came across. I immediately had a response for the upcoming weekend service. Three guys came out (Triple J) within the timeline provided and they got right to it - took care of everything on one tree (prepaid) and I requested more time on another. The cost was an additional $100 and well worth it. They finished in two hours including clean up and they were very pleasant.

Jaime responded quickly, quoted a great price and carried out the cleanup and repairs. He is easy to reach by texting and is kind enough to let you know when he is on his way. His prices are on par. Him and his crew got the job done in a timely matter and the new PVC irrigation lines are working great! I was worried about placing PVC under some concrete slabs without cutting through the concrete - his crew dug down and found existing PVC pipes under the slabs and were able to complete the job through the existing PVC pipes without disrupting the concrete. Money well spent. I have hired him to provide regular weekly landscape care.

Jaime started off great to get my business, and over time the quality of service plummets. Charged $240 month and would spend a total of 3 hrs. Ripoff.

The system was installed last week. The company was responsive and professional. I did not have a system at all and everything from the plumbing connection to all of the lines and feeders needed to be installed. Company owner Jaime Palma took time to answer all of my questions and to show me how to use and adjust the system myself if I choose. So far everything is working fine and my plants look great.

They provided a prompt quote and setup the appointment for the work at a time convenient for me. Jaime and Victor arrived at the appointment time to do the work. They were very courteous and professional. They trimmed the tree and did a fine job of cleaning the area when finished. I would use them again for similar services.

I would not have purchased this service had I known that the provider worked only on Saturdays. It took nearly a month to find a date and time I could be here. Communication was dismal; after buying the package, it was several days before I ever heard from the company; they emailed me, they did not call, as the promotion stated. They arrived on time and did a satisfactory job. The best thing was that they did a really good job cleaning up, leaving very little leaf, stem and branch litter behind.

After a cancelled appointment with short notice and much runaround about times, 3 guys showed up. For some reason I needed to have the Angie's list coupon to show them. I had never been asked that before. The owner had on shades so no eye contact was made. They started to trim the tree approximately 1 foot from the roof and I mentioned I wanted it trimmed further away. There was some resistance as there was concern about filling up their trailer. During the tree trimming a large branch on the opposite side from where they were working broke off and fell partially on their trailer and "almost fell on him. He was not doing anything (one worker)" It is a mystery why the worker was on that side not working as I was paying them for their time. They cut up the branch that fell and originally wanted to just stack the debris at the side of my driveway as they had another job to go on and didn't want to fill their trailer so I offered my truck which they filled to the max - even placing upright branches in the corners to create a higher stack. At the end I caught 2 guys attempting to lift a very large branch unto my truck. I told them to take it with them as I would not be able to handle it alone. I ended up spending over an hour to drive my truck to the dump, attempting to offload it myself, paying 2 landscaping guys to offload ($30) then driving back home. I got the tree cut down in December due to damage and disease unrelated to the above incident. After the yard was cleaned up I was told by the owner that what I needed was a tree service instead of a lawn service. That information is something that should have been communicated from the minute I opened the door. It would have been okay if they had said "We cannot handle your tree. You need a tree service". Instead a half way attempt was made and more work was created. I do have photos of the large branches I had to attempt to haul out of my truck. I still have all the texts. BTW - I am female. It took a while for me to come to terms with this as the tree was diseased. No fault of theirs. BUT the job should NOT have been done nor should I have been the one to haul the trash to the dump. Their professionalism was sorely lacking. I will be placing a dispute for the payment made and the extra time and money to empty my truck.

Extremely well. The 2 men who came out to do the work were pleasant to work with, very professional and they did a great job. They trimmed and cleaned up the oleanders, removed dead branches, and cleaned the underbrush. They also removed a dead citrus tree and left the area clean and looking good. Can't tell there was ever a tree there. I'm very happy with the job they did.

Jamie and the crew were awesome! They did outstanding work and kept us updated as to when they would arrive. They fixed the sprinkler, trimmed a broken limb and did a yard service. We are using them as our yard maintenance crew from now on!

Jaime and his other crew member did a wonderful job making my front and back yard look great. They trimmed and cleaned up everything in about an hour and a half, with no trace of grass/branches left behind. They showed up within the time frame they promised and I would certainly recommend them.
