Description of Work: They ripped out the entire front yard and re-did the whole thing! I'm on a corner lot, so it is quite a bit larger than most! He even installed a curb in the back alley between my lot and the alley and another curb between my lot and the next door neighbors.

Description of Work: Came ASAP in pouring rain to fix aging irrigation system that had sprung leak and was eroding a large hole next to house. They have done yard cleanup for us at irregular intervals for 4-5 years (we have xeriscaping, slow-growing plants, no lawn), maintaining their quality and attention to detail as though we were brand-new clients. Two years ago they demolished a defunct water feature badly-installed by previous homeowner, leveled the pond site, laid large irregular flagstones over it, and redistributed decorative boulders from the old water feature—an extremely strenuous and painstaking process. Two very wet winters later, the new patio area is still level and looks great, despite the irregular area they had to work on. Trilogy is a family-based business with knowledgeable, responsive crew members who return year after year, remembering our preferences and problem areas of an extensive yard. It increases our confidence to know that, unlike previous yard services, we don't have to explain every tiny detail, on each new visit, to people we may never see again.

Description of Work: We have used Trilogy (formerly Integrity) Landscaping Services several times over the past two years. This time, Robert's crew removed a dying citrus tree, a dead pygmy palm and a dead shrub, demo'd a defunct pond installed by the previous owner, and moved a large dirt pile left over from another project, using it to help fill in the pond. Former pond area was leveled for table/seating and dressed with re-used decorative rock from demo'd water feature. Update 10/10: heavy trim, deep-blowing the entire yard and filling thin/bare spots with matching crushed granite completed August with same excellent results. We had heavy damage in the 10/5 hailstorm. Trilogy came out ASAP: tore out and replaced several damaged shrubs, trimmed palms and tall cypress, removed nearly a trailer-load of storm debris. Robert and Chris also installed a drylaid flagstone pad where we had filled in a broken decorative pond. They were very patient with my exacting directions in working out placement of the irregular flags (an elderly relative visits for whom a trip or fall could be crippling). Thanks to their skill I have a safe, level, attractive area for a table and chairs. Cost for two to five people (some left at times to pick up supplies, etc.) for 1-1/2 days was $1000, including complete debris removal: none was left in my garbage as previous yard crews have done.
