Description of Work: Very punctual, and friendly professional service with an expert (with a degree in this field) arborist on staff. Their price was very high compared to the other 3 estimates I received, and I did not use their services. But, if you want a qualified expert on trees and not just another tree trimmer, and can afford a premium price, this may be the company for you.

Description of Work: At first they sent someone out to assess our trees and give us advice. That went well. Our trees are only 2 years old, but were in need of attention and we were in need of advice, since we are new to AZ. He told us he would send someone out the following week to trim the trees that needed attention. No one showed up. After several phone calls and apologies on their part, someone finally came out, almost 2 months later, while we were out of town. They completely butchered our Mesquite tree and it died a couple of weeks later. We have no idea if they were responsible for the tree dying, but it just suddenly died after growing fine and looking very healthy. They did leave us some fertilizer for our trees to make up for being so late in getting the job done. They also apologized several times. It was nice of them to leave the fertilizer but we won't be using them in the future.

Description of Work: Trimmed ficus tree. Gave option to trim either just the outer part of tree or for higher price to trim inner part of tree. Workers did a good job but spoke little English. They did follow up with a phone call but never called back with a quote for follow up visit. There were some communication glitches.

Description of Work: Very professional, arborist first visited my home to give an appraisal for triming various trees and followed up over the phone to schedule an appointment. The triming crew arrived on time and did a great job of cleaning up after they finished

Description of Work: They removed a large lemon tree. Then removed all the limbs and poisoned the trunk so it would kill the roots.
