We contacted Tree for Needs regarding several palm trees that had not been trimmed in several years (HOA violation notice) and required substantial trimming. The office understood the urgency, Carl Bogar, the Owner/Certified Arborist, went to the property, provided a very reasonable written quote (we shopped 5 bids) and had the work completed within the week. The office kept up informed of the process and timeframe. The trees look fantastic - no mess was left, the crew showed up when they said they would (a HUGE plus). I also received a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the work (which we were). It was a very good customer experience and we would absolutely recommend Trees For Need to others.

The company called and made an appointment. Then they came to estimate the work. Then an appointment was made for the work. Then they came and preformed the work. Very professional. Nice personnel.

The three men crew trimmed and thinned out all of my designated trees. They removed all of the limbs and debris. They did a great job! Very professional crew! I would highly recommend this company!

Light trimming of pine tree was done well.Prior inspection by the arborist Carl,trimmers,met expectations.Customer satisfaction was highly valued with an office call at job completion. Yes,I would use this organization again.

Representative meet with me on Monday 10/21 to go over requirements. Gave me a per tree or tree grouping estimate. Provided me with the option of selecting what I wanted to have done to meet my budget requirements. Provided me with a written estimate. Arranged work schedule through company office. Workers arrived at appointed time. Had a minor problem as they were not informed of the total job. Problem immediately solved. Representative on site to check on job progress. At that time I requested one additional item which was taken care of for minimal cost. Workers conducted themselves in a professional manor. Was able to converse with them in English although Spanish was their primary language. Job was completed to my satisfaction in the time originally specified. All debree hauled away, yard left in excellent condition

Trees for Needs did a great job in every respect. Carl is very knowledgeable and thorough. The day the work was done, the foreman was terrific and the work was done well and quickly. They cleaned everything up before they left. The follow-up as well as the communication regarding scheduling was very professional and frankly, kind of unexpected in this day and age. Outstanding. Every i dotted and every T crossed. Thanks. PS - This was my first Angie's List experience and I am thrilled.

We bought "The Big Deal" from Trees for Needs on Angie's List on a Friday evening. The next day Kim from the company called and set up an appointment for an arborist to take a look at the Palo Verde tree that needed trimming. The appointment was scheduled for the following Wednesday. The arborist, Carl, arrived on Wednesday at the scheduled time. He wrote a description of the work we wanted done, gave us a copy and said Kim would call the following Monday to schedule a date and time for the work. Kim actually called Friday while we were out. She left a message saying she would call Monday to schedule the work. She called Monday, said the workers would be available Wednesday, but would call the next day with the time. She did call the next day and gave the time. The workers arrived at the beginning of the time window and did the work that was agreed to. The work took about two hours. They cleaned up the trimmed branches and hauled them away. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and the punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism of the company.

Disappointed. Had two separate bids to have two trees trimmed for $150. They were going to charge me $480 for the same service after they "discounted from $650". Ridiculous.

Carlo came when expected. The team that did the work arrived on schedule and work was completed when promised. I had follow-up calls asking if the tree was how I wanted it. I was promised that they would follow up in 6 months to check if the tree needed additional services.

We were impressed only with the quality and professionalism of the work (they chopped up the wood in nice small pieces for us to keep) but what separated them from other tree removal services was their their knowledge of different kinds of trees and how to care for each. If only we had only been using Trees for Needs we would have been able to save a 35 year old Mesquite tree that was blown down, which we learned was due to it not being properly trimmed and being over-irrigated. We've now signed up for an annual contract for the rest of the trees in our yard. Highly recommended!

I talked to the owner over the phone, he came out and looked at my trees later and gave me an estimate over the phone. We set up a date for the removal. Two guys came out and cut the trees which were very close to my back wall next to another property. They cut them down branch at a time and kept it all on my property. They cleaned upmoneyfornothing and hauled it all away. Very nice job. Prompt.

During a heavy rainstorm, a large tree got uprooted in our condo complex and blocked several parking spaces and a garage entrance. We needed immediate service. Carl, of Trees for Needs was the only one who responded of the five companies that I called. Although most of his service people were busy all over the city repairing other fallen trees. he sent out two of his contractors within two hours of my call. They uprooted the rest of the tree,cut it up and hauled it away. In addition, they manicured the area so well that you could not tell a tree had ever been there. We will be using Trees for Needs for any future services that we may need. I highly recommend this company.

Carl was friendly, honest and fair. They are just phenomenal. I told Kim at the office that I felt like family. Anytime I have anything to do with my trees or yard I am calling them. Carl was really honest. I can't speak enough about them.

They are great! Carl came out to survey the job, even taking pictures to convey our vision to the guys who would be doing the work. Kim dept me abreast of arrival times. Carl came on site to ensure the work was going as planned. They came to my house yesterday to prune my trees and could not do one because of the neighbor's obstruction.They came back back today and completed the job. The services were great and the guys were skilled in their craft. I've had many people provide services at my home, but this group, along with the Owners, Carl and Kim, are exceptional in customer services. My trees look awesome!!! I am so pleased. I would give them exceptional in all areas of services, especially customer services.
