Tree Pros were so easy to work with from start to finish. They were responsive in our request and tailored to our wants, needs, and budget. I would definitely use again.

From talking with Paul about our 3 Mesquite trees and what we needed to the team doing the pruning, we had great service, and our trees look great!

I booked tree pros to do some repeat pruning and trimming in my backyard of two trees. Make no mistake, this is not a cheap service and although I think they were slightly overpriced, I must say that their work was excellent. I'm not sure there are others in the Phoenix area that would have done this good of job even if it was cheaper.

I was contacted by Tree Pro’s after request for shrub removal. I met with Sam for walk thru on tree removal project and during estimate we discussed my project plans and I was able to complete full service landscape renovation with them. I appreciated he listened and provided feedback and I received an immediate quote which help me with making my decision.I spoke to several staff members in the office who were very professional and I was scheduled for removal and planting with a very reasonable time frame. I was extremely satisfied with the crews who completed work both teams were fast efficient and checked in to communicate-confirm and genuinely concerned I was happy with work completed. I’m happy with my newly renovated yard and definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, professional landscaping work done.

I don't even know where to start with the terrible customer service, but here's the long story short- had 40+yr old pine trees in the backyard, the reason we bought this house! They needed trimming before monsoon season we were afraid some branches could break. Nate comes to our house, wants to talk more about how he's married to the owners dtr than our trees, but convinces my husband along with the trim we should fertilize the trees. They come out and trim hardly anything, my husband talks to the guy here and the guy here says he can't trim more or it will kill the tree, but they "fertilized." My husband expresses to the girl at followup we aren't happy because it hardly looks like our trees were trimmed and we paid almost 4k. A month or so later one of the trees starts to die, we call and call and don't get anyone calling us back. FFW months later they send Jimmy out to look at our tree. He stands there and says he would never recommend someone trim or fertilize these trees in the summertime, as if we were supposed to know. They are the "tree pros" so we took Nate's advice. But then when we say the tree died from their service he says "prove it" and left our home. Now all we are asking is for the tree they killed to be removed and they are refusing. So, 4k later we have barely trimmed trees we will have to take care of through someone else and a dead 40yr old pine that we will have to spend more money on to have removed. Don't expect any reasonable follow up. It takes weeks to get a call back if you have any sort of issue.

The company made multiple promises on install date. The date and time changed 3 xs before it was finally done. A "two line" system was installed - one for trees and one for all others". Result was one tree is on "tree line", over 30 plants and trees are on the second line and 4 plants are not even on any line. Repeated efforts to get the mess cleaned up but nothing is happening. Now need to get an attorney and go to BBB

Tree Pros has been our go-to company for over 10 years for pruning our bottle and china berry trees. The arborist and tree trimmers have always done a good job, and their customer service has always been good. Until December 2021. Our bottle trees are well over 40 years old and very tall with a beautiful shape (except where SRP pruned the canal side in the past). One tree in particular has always been a favorite tree, despite the pods it drops. In December, arborist Kyle came out and I asked if the couple of branches near the top of the tree facing the house that were shading my vegetable garden could be removed, and no more than 15% of the tree pruned. He said they could. What they actually did was TOP my beautiful tree and removed at least 25% of it, (but not the 2 branches that I requested). It’s my understanding that an arborist would NEVER top a tree. In addition to it looking terrible, it’s bad for the tree and future health and growth. I contacted them and Kyle came out quickly and took pictures. He agreed that they took more than the requested 15% and when I asked if the tree trimmer was new, he said no, but they’ve had several complaints about him. Then why was he sent out to my home? Kyle offered to fertilize the tree as compensation, but I didn’t want that (I’ve had punctured drip lines from trees being fertilized in the past}. I’ve emailed them twice (1/22/21 & 2/14/21) asking for them to come out in a couple of years when the tree has had a chance to recover to remove the branches that I originally requested that are still there at no charge. They have not responded to date. Needless to say, they’ve lost my future business.

Great experience with the company. I got three quotes this company came in at half the price of the others and still did quality work. From the quote process to the actual work getting done Tree pros was easy to communicate with, were on time and got the work done quickly. Great communication and very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Will hire again. Had an old, very large elm in serious need of attention. This company responded and gave estimate same day I requested a quote. Reasonable price so we scheduled service. Crew arrived on time, did a better job than expected making the old shabby tree turn out to be very attractive, and they did an excellent job cleaning up. Very friendly and respectable staff and crew. This is a great company, we were impressed and will definitely bring them back for more tree trimming down the road.

The charged $400 to inject nutrients into the soil and gave me overpriced fertilizer to use on the surface. They said that should fix it. 3 days later the complete tree is drooping and eventually all the leave crumbled in a week. They came out and inspected it after and said the tree was not in good shape to being with and they claim they did nothing wrong. If the tree was that bad, why did they even try to save it if they couldn't...rip off! They are supposed to be arborists and specialist. Then they said they would take $50 off the removal fee of $500.....really? you should remove it for free after killing it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I'm working on getting my money back.

THE WORST! This was a horrible experience! The start date was May 19, postponed to May26 end May 27. I should have canceled before they started. Crews would come, and eat, work a bit, take a break. They left due to bees in some trees. We scheduled an exterminator, but the crew wouldn’t work on trees on the other side of yard and quit with out even cleaning! The next day when the exterminator had tested the hives, only a cleaning crew came out. Lots of excuses, lots of phone calls! Finally the job was completed onJuly 8! They took 2 of our rakes and left our ladders ( they didn’t bring any of their own) in the irrigation ditch. Also $1400 hidden charges! We are still fighting that! DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! IT HAS BEEN A HASSEL FROM BEGINNING! ALSO FIRST DUST STORM WE HAD DOWNED BRANCHES OFF OF THE TREES THEY TRIMMED! Not acceptable!

I have used Tree Pros for many years for my homes in Phoenix, Arizona. They have trimmed, removed, shaped and fertilized. Tree Pros is #1 in Phoenix and the only company to call for such services. Jess is the best!

Tree Pros did an excellent job from start to finish. Their quote was in line with others. The work they did was excellent. They called me prior to each time they came to the house which allowed me flexibility. The tree they removed was quite large and they did the work with no damage to any surrounding structures (neighbors tree, block wall). When they ground the stump they very clearly explained the risks of removing roots that had overgrown my pavers and when I gave the go ahead, did the work with no damage to my irrigation system by making some pretty clever cuts. The pruned tree is now very well shaped and has bloomed out to be balanced and out of my neighbor's yard. Outstanding job!

The crews did an outstanding job reducing my massive ash tree by 12 feet or so and shaping and thinning the tree at large. Skilled crews shaped the tree perfectly. Quick. Great clean up. Outstanding in every way. Friendly. Responsive to request. Simply superb. You cannot go wrong.

Had one large tree stump in front yard and two citrus tree stumps in back yard. Two workers arrived with everything they needed to make quick work of grinding the stumps. Did a great job of cleanup and leveling the ground.

The crew showed up ahead of schedule and we're very patient and attentive. They juggled allowing my COX Cable tech to handle his work amidst theirs which was very helpful as the tree was tangled in our line. Their plan of attack and execution was flawless, they had the entire job done in less than 2 hours! We couldn't be happier with this service!

This company is an absolute scam. Dont just stay away, run. I originally contacted this company to do an over feeding of the trees on my property as it has been a few years since i had this done. I was told that in addition to feeding i needed an Aerating around the trees since they were old and unable to breathe in the compacted Arizona soil. Given these trees are irreplaceable and the benefits of aeration would help the trees, I agreed to their price of $3800. The one kid that did show up literally poked a few holes around the trees to inject the fertilizer, he was finished in less than 1 hour including feeding many Oleanders, (which are next to impossible to kill. A month has passed and i do not see any benefit to the service. For the price i paid i certainly expected a more elaborate treatment. As i said stay away from this company, just a bunch of con-artists. Given that the value of their treatment is only my opinion, to better illustrate they also they tried to sell me 8 gallons of their "Allcare" fertilizer for $1,140, yes that works out to $142.50 per gallon. I cancelled that but they still tried to deliver it to me the day of the treatment. This was probably to see if the person they met on site would not know the fertilizer was cancelled.
