Description of Work: First an estimator came to identify my needs. Later, a crew of 3 men trimmed several large trees, plus removed a dead limb ready to fall on my neighbor's new carport. Trees look good & special care was taken for the branches too close to my roof. They left the ends of the branches quite thick and trimmed the branches from there to the trunk, which I would ask to have done differently next time, as heavy winds catch these dense growths. Later in the week a trainee came to inject liquid fertilizer around the roots. I would have preferred he had an experienced person with him, as our irrigation pipes developed leaks of undetermined origin. I was not warned ahead that this fertilizer was poisonous to dogs, so I must be VERY careful in using it again. Afterward the bookkeeper had difficulty applying my Groupon to the final bill.

Description of Work: I was disappointed because they did not grind the stump very low. I was told I would be able to plant another tree in the spot but when they arrived, they said they had to use a smaller grinder. I am now trying to get the stump to rot quickly but using a product that a nursery recommended. I hope it works.

Description of Work: Oscar came and did a very knowledgeable assessment and estimate on my huge trees. I told him my primary concern is safety. As soon as I have the (very reasonable) funds needed to do this work, I will schedule it.

Description of Work: The estimator gave a way overpriced quote( I think they try to make up for the "lost" from the angielist coupon) for trimming one not-so-big tree and I have to wait for 7 days. I contacted another company. They did it for half price and the job was done the next day.

Description of Work: "Once you get this company going the workers are really good workers. It is just getting the appointment set up after they have checked out the tree. They were to call and set up the appointment but after about a week I didn't hear anything so I called them because another branch had fallen and was now blocking the walkway into the house. So they did came out before the appointment date and removed the branch blocking the walkway. |They did a good job."

Description of Work: Trimmed 4 large Palo Verde trees; fertilized all 4 trees, extended drip lines on all 4 trees. Tree pros was very professional and on time including scheduling the estimate and performing the work. I've used them for several years and will continue to use them as they are prompt and do a great job.

Description of Work: They trimmed 5 small citrus trees and a palo verde; took out a very small lime tree, |and cleaned everything up. They called first, were on time and did exactly what I |wanted. I think the price was a little high, but overall I'm very satisfied.

Description of Work: Trimmed about 20 trees and shrubs and also treated a polo verde for a bug problem. |They did a great job trimming the trees. The people moving the cut limbs to the truck for chipping drug the stuff through fence gates and over irrigation lines that scratched up the paint and pulled approximately 25 feet of irrigation pipe out of the ground. |The person trimming bushes cut through approximately 25 micro tubing lines. |I spent over $250 repairing the damage not to mention my time. I made them aware but never got a call back until the wanted to come back the next year and I told them no and still never got a call trying to rectify the problems there crew caused. |I had used them 1 year before and did not have this problem. As a result of them being at my home they secured some work across the street from me.

Description of Work: This last time they trimmed and fertalized trees which they do fine but at significant cost. Previous work involved irrigation and landscape decorations. In both cases, a call for was necessary to get follow up to complete work. I suspect those jobs were sub-contracted out. Still, not worth the cost and frustration for work done.

Description of Work: Put a sprinkler system around 2 cypress trees that were not getting enough water and also around some plants we have up front. Everything is just growing and much healthier and did a much, much better job than the previous landscaper.
