Excellent company. Did a terrific job removing a much loved 32 year old ash tree from my back yard that was dying from old age. The arborist, Alex, who came to evaluate my tree was very knowledgeable and gave me an immediate, reasonable quote for removal. Work was scheduled quickly. Crew was very nice and follow-up excellent. Highly recommend Tree Pros.

Professional workers. Of 2 trees pruned one was done well but the other badly. We were left with a 50’ skinny trunk with almost no leaves. A nearby ficus was badly damaged from the tree cuttings falling on it.

They did everything I asked and cleaned up after wards and even cleaned the pool of all the debris that floated in.

Second time I’ve used Tree Pros. Four men showed up on time and they trimmed my two mesquite trees quickly and they look great.

I purchased my home back in Feb of 2023. The previous owners were golf enthusiast who turned their front yard into an aggregate golf course (see pics). Tree Pros came to my house and did a full landscaping overhaul of the front yard. They did a GREAT job!! In a matter of 3 days, from start to finish, they turned an eye sore into a yard that looks amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Paul & crew for making my home one I am now proud of.

We hired Tree Pros to remove a dead tree in our back yard. I received a quote from Kyle, the arborist. It came in considerably higher than some of the other quotes we received, but since they were recommended to us, I decided to hire them. The crew did a good job of removing the tree. They cleaned up the area, too. The issue was that I requested for them to leave some fire wood. I have a fire wood rack about 20 feet from the tree that they had to pass come enter and leave my yard. I asked Kyle to include this request when he sends the work order to his crew. This did not get done. He told me that I should have told the crew that I wanted the fire wood. Unfortunately, they did the job while I was at work. I asked Kyle to have them fill the rack with 2" to 6" diameter fire wood and haul away the rest. I felt that it was a simple and clear request, and it would offset some of the cost of the removal. I feel like Kyle was more interested in writing up the sale than serving the customer.

The guy who did the estimate was thorough and professional. The guys who took out my trees did a great job and were quick. They removed 2 large trees in less than 1 hour and disposed of all of the tree trunks amd branches.

We engaged Tree Pros to trim and thin out a large Palo Verde and Desert Willow, trim and shape three other trees plus remove tree stakes at our residence. This is the third time Tree Pros have provided services for us. Adrian's crew performed the work to our satisfaction and removed all the debris. The entire process was easy and professional including meeting with the arborist to discuss the project, reviewing the estimate, and scheduling the job. Highly recommend Tree Pros.

The crew did a great job trimming our palm trees. They were very efficient and did a very good job cleaning up.

They did a great job. We have hired Tree Pros five times over the past 7 years to keep the four large, fast growing Ficus trees in our yard trimmed back to help the limit amount of leaves clogging our swimming pool in the back yard and littering the artificial turf lawn in the front yard and have never been disappointed. This year a couple of major branches on the one tree in the front yard died, which at first I thought might have been caused by the unusually hot, dry, summer we had this year. Tree Pros' certified arborist Kyle correctly diagnosed the problem as a fungus infection and by removing those branches may have saved the tree just in the nick of time. As usual, the crew arrived on time, did the job well, and left the yard cleaned up better than it was when they arrived.

They were great! They sent a pro out for free to evaluate the tree that was in question. I was then able to make an appointment for that next week to have the root issue fixed. I am a happy customer!

The tree pros are amazing. Their crew did an amazing job on my palm tree and mesquite tree. Will tell everyone I meet to use them.

The crew of four did a great job. Did both trees in about an hour and a half. Both trees were over grown and with the Monsoon coming they were in danger of breaking off large limbs. The crew also did a nice job of cleaning the area after they were done.

I requested quotes from several tree removal companies around the Chandler area, and TreePros was the most cost effective, considering I wanted a large tree removed and the stump ground down. Competitors were $200 or more higher. Ben the sales advisor came out same week of the request, and gave me an honest assessment of the best course of action. We moved forward and I was on the schedule the following week. The crew that came out did a fantastic job of thoroughly removing the tree, and cleaning the area (including my neighbor's driveway) from an sawdust and branches. They were quick and efficient, even given the extreme heat we're having. All in all, I give the company an A++ for being responsive and doing a great job!

The team at Tree Pros are total PROS! From the diagnostic tree evaluation to the soil treatment, they were friendly, accommodating, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone who has concerns about the welfare of their new or mature trees and plants.

One of the trees now looks like a Y, they cut the center down pretty low. They also where a little lite on cleanup, they left some branches around in the back yard and the street where the chipper was sitting was left pretty dirty.

Tree Pros always does a great job for us, we've been using them for over 5 years, probably more and they have always treated us right. They're very professional and they do what you ask. The crews always do a great job of trimming, fertilizing, stump grinding and cleaning up after themselves.
