Work was done in a professional and thorough manner.

They were on time and did a great job --very fast.

There was some confusion about the charges after the tree trimmers completed their job, but a simple call to Tree Pro and they refunded the difference within a day. Their customer service was of high quality.

They canceled our original date to have the tree removed and moved us to the next day. I had taken the original day off and had to talk with my employer about changing the day off. That was a bit of a hassle, however the job they did was excellent! They were on time, took care not to destroy the plants that were under the tree and cleaned up the area and the front of the house where the grinder was located. All and all they did a great job and were gone within 1 hour. A 35ft tall tree cut down and hauled away in an hour!!! Well worth the money!!!

I felt that they gave an honest quote. We had another company tell us our tree was diseased and needed an expensive treatment. Tree Pros found no evidence of any fungus. They were very quick and cleaned up nicely afterward.

Arrived early and stayed late. Did a complete job of cleaning up, and accompanied us on a walk around the yard to be sure we were satisfied with the work done.

We had 5 estimates and they had the best offer. Their Arborist was very knowledgeable about the trees and explained exactly what they would do. Their staff iarrived during the time frame we were told and were quick and efficient. We had 2 trees removed and the stumps ground. I will definitely be using them in the future!

It has been almost a month since I first contacted them, and they still haven't finished. I only had 4 trees and two bushes to trim, with one to be cut down. I can't wait to get these bushes trimmed anymore, they are up to my shoulders.

The people who actually performed the work were very good. Coordination and scheduling left something to be desired.
