Well done but pricey

They were very efficient, on time and did a great job!

The actual tree trimming was done very well. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after. Customer service on the phone could use some improvement. They seemed a little snippy at times.

Prompt and courteous; set timeframe to review scope of work and to complete work. And met both!

While I had a problem connecting to Tree Pros through HomeAdvisor (on hold for 13 minutes). After hanging up, a CSR returned my call within 2 minutes and a company rep was out within 48 hrs to give me an estimate on cutting 1 Willow Acacia down, topping another 1 and trimming a 3rd. At $500.00, I thought it was a great value. The 4 man crew was out 7 days later, and 1.25 hours earlier than expected. All of them were very professional and polite guys. And, once I told them what I needed, they went right to work. They had 2 questions to make sure things were done right and it was. The only reason why I don't give them 5 Stars on the 1st page (gave 'em 4.5) is because I was hoping for the work to be done sooner. But, it wasn't their fault that they're busy. :) I am completely satisfied with the customer service and the work. And, I have no qualms in referring them to anyone who needs tree service. EDIT, 8/2/17: Well, I had to drop the ratings on follow-up a new project. A different Estimator showed up both times. Now, after the first visit, I had a question. But, he did not return my text. Also, this job cost just as much as the first job, but applied only to 1 tree. So, I decided not to use them for it.

I had earlier had a misunderstanding with them. Upon hearing of the misunderstanding they immediately contacted me and did everything they could to make it right. I have never seen such good customer service. My wife is very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend them.

They were to cut down the tree between 2-5 pm on Wed, got a phone call at 4pm saying they would have to schedule for next week. I needed it down and stump remove for house and roof being painted on MON. They said they would be out at 9am Thur. Great At 9am the stump removal crew showed up. I asked them how do you remove the stump with tree still standing, they called office. Very small tree, so the stump crew were going to cut it down, but did not have a rope and called office, were waiting for one to be brought out. We got tree down stump out but they broke the sprinkler head . Not the best organized company . I took the broke riser to the stump crew, and there was no response about repairing. Had my gardener repair for $50

They showed up on time. Worked hard to get job done. Tree Pros had the tree down in no time. They cleaned the yard up nicely before they left. Great job!

Came out right away to remove a tall palm tree.
