Their customer service was grea! They explained the different options to us so that we would understand exactly what was going to happen Three scheduled our services promptly, showed up on time and did an excellent job !

The project went without a hitch. I was provided a fair price, and the crew that handled the job was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They trimmed and thinned out three trees, one of them a giant eucalyptus. The also removed a tall dead eucalyptus that my HOA insisted that I have removed. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the work done!

They came the next day after free quote, very reasonable price and cleaned up very nicely. would hire again.

Tree Pro came with a crew of about 5 men who swooped in, cut down our two trees with great ease and cleaned up after themselves. It was a wonderful experience from Robert who gave us the quote to the whole crew who did their job with great care. I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellent work, on time, exactly as promised

When tree was cut down, remaining stump was 8-9 inches above ground level. Stump removal crew was a no show. I removed the stump myself, but the excess length of the stump resulted in a considerable increase of work. Cost of tree removal was $950.00 for less than an hours work.

Tree Pros did a good job of trimming our Mesquite tree but were not careful enough of the plants under our tree. They destroyed one of our beautiful yucca gloriosa plants and they scraped the stucco on the side of our house with the tree branches that they dragged out of our side yard. We had to have someone touch up with paint where the house had been scraped by their carelessness. Tree Pros did reduce our bill to cover our purchase of a new yucca gloriosa plant of the same size to replace the one that they destroyed.

They don't come when they say they're coming. They cut such a big portion of the limb that it bent the end of the pergola. A bush was damaged. I wasn't there when they started,so I asked for pictures of the whole roof. They only showed me pictures of the side I knew to be damaged. I didn't feel the clean up was good. There's more.
