All work done by individual who provided quote. During work, discovered he is a subcontractor for the company, acting as their "services manager" according to the owner. He insisted that his tile cleaning, be billed & paid separately and demanded payment immediately when that portion of the job was done. When we relayed that total payment would be made when all work was finished, he angrily insisted on immediate payment. After some heated discussion, he finally accepted that he would receive payment after the rail was installed. His demeanor was more polite the next service day. It became apparent that some repair requests after that discussion were "marginalized" because serviceman didnt want to bother. Neither the company nor the services subcontractor is a licensed contractor.

THEY PERFORM OUR WEEKLY SERVICE & HAVE NEVER MISSED A WEEK. IN FACT, THEY SOMETIMES COME TWICE A WEEK IF WE HAVE A WIND STORM. THEY ARE VERY DEPENDABLE & DO AN OUTSTANDING MAINTENANCE JOB.

I WENT TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT STORES. THEY HAD BEST SELECTION, HELPFUL STAFF AND GOOD PRICES.

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING. THEY DON'T TRY TO SELL YOU THINGS YOU DON'T NEED. THEY REMEMBER YOU WHEN YOU RETURN FOR SUBSEQUENT VISITS.

THEY WERE VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK.
