 + -1 moreTodd answers his own phone! So I was able to schedule, and then reschedule our appointment easily. He was also willing to advise me over the phone about which hardware items to consider. Todd arrived promptly, with a smile and all the tools he needed. The job was smooth, and Todd is very personable. He gave me lots of suggestions when I asked for them.
Description of Work: Install new hardware and software. Recommended router and extra hard drive. Knew where to recycle old hardware.

 + -1 moreTodd was extremely responsive and professional and trustworthy. This is hard to find and you want this when someone is working on your computer, but I trusted him completely and he was competent and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and listened to what was requested. I would hire him again in a second!!
Description of Work: They installed a new hard drive, set up secured wireless network, transfered files from one computer to another, and installed programs.

 + -1 moreTODD SHOWED UP AT THE EXACT APPOINTED HOUR, AND QUICKLY GOT TO WORK. THERE WAS NOT A LOT OF CHIT-CHAT, BUT TODD DID ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD ON EITHER OF MY COMPUTERS. I HAD THE DISTINCT FEELING THAT HE KNEW LOTS OF LITTLE TRICKS TO MAKE MY LIFE ON MY COMPUTER MUCH EASIER. I'LL CALL HIM AGAIN IF I NEED HELP.
Description of Work: I BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER FOR MY KIDS, AND NEEDED IT SET UP AND NETWORKED TO MY CPU. TODD ALSO CHECKED OUT MY EXISTING COMPUTER AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO HOW TO GET PEAK PERFORMANCE OUT OF IT. BUT AS I SUSPECTED, HE SAID I PROBABLY SHOULD JUST REPLACE THE AGING UNIT INSTEAD OF SPENDING MORE TIME AND EFFORT ON THIS ONE. TODD SAID HE COULD BUILD ONE, BUT I WOULD GET A BETTER DEAL IF I PICKED UP ONE AT THE ELECTRONICS STORE.

 + -1 moreGREAT. TODD IS VERY WELL EDUCATED AND KNOWS COMPUTERS VERY WELL. HE COMMUNICATES VERY WELL, IS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND WORKS EFFICIENTLY. HE DID NOT TAKE AS LONG AS THE ESTIMATE INDICATED IT WOULD TAKE, THEREFORE THE BILL WAS NOT AS BIG AS EXPECTED. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE AND WILL CALL HIM WHEN I NEED MORE SERVICE OR WHEN I NEED A NEW COMPUTER OR COMPONENTS. VERY REASONABLE. IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO FIND COMPETENT PEOPLE FOR THIS SERVICE. THIS IS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD IN THE PAST 25 YEARS.
