We had a heavy duty deep clean done for my smoker mother with physical limitations and 2 pets. The home has not been properly cleaned in a long time. We paid extra a deep clean with heavy duty options and added the walls & blinds. They charge by sqft, 2bed-2bath townhome, so that along with the extra options It did raise the price significantly. Adilene and her partner spent 6 hours cleaning and I know they did a good job because we have cameras so I peeked a few times. The smoker and animals were not home to ensure the team was not interrupted. When they were finished, they locked up as asked. I tried to find a corner they missed or anything that I could find fault and I could not. They even dusted all the knickknacks and even washed all her ashtrays (which I did not expect). The walls felt smooth, blinds were clean, the floor and baseboards had no fur and both bathrooms and kitchen sparkled!! We are going to use them going forward, next time will be for a lot less $$. great.

I can not say enough how great they did. Went beyond my expectations. Very nice and did a fast effective job. Highly recommend!

Very well. Tidy Casa team has been cleaning my home regularly for over a year. The same very professional team comes every time. They do an excellent job.

The cleaning I requested did not go as well as it should have. First - Vanessa and the other cleaning person (didn't get their name, can't remember if it was given) entered my apartment without knocking. Needless to say, that instantly soured the relationship. It was noted on the booking form that this was a one-time cleaning and that someone would be home. This was also the First Time that I've ever used your service. So to have someone just open my door and walk in without knocking just doesn't sit right with me. The excuse given was "I thought this was a move-out cleaning" as if that is supposed to excuse the lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect to someone's home and privacy. Which begs the question of where the communication failure took place because the booking form and this email chain clearly show that the requested service was for a One-Time Deep Clean, not a Move-Out Clean. Second - I requested a deep cleaning, added heavy duty, and specified inside the oven as needing cleaning. While it was given an attempt at cleaning, it was not cleaned to a state that I would be satisfied with. Also the stove back, knobs, and clock face were not cleaned. The top of the Microwave and the top of the refrigerator were also missed. Now, I know y'all insist on coming back to 'Fix' your errors (200% Guarantee) , but what assurance do I have that my home and privacy will be respected and that your staff won't just leave, claiming no one is home because you better believe the door WILL be locked the next time they show up. I'm disabled and have trouble with my mobility thus when I know and expect someone to come and be at my door, I normally unlock it. In case I happen to be in a sad state and unable to get to the door in a quick amount of time I can just yell that it's open to let them know it's ok to enter. But just because the door is unlocked DOES NOT GRANT YOU PERMISSION to just walk into someone's home unannounced & uninvited.

Jessica arrived on time. I wasn’t sure how long it would take for one person to clean my house. I was surprised when she contacted me saying she was finished - earlier than her proposed time. Did an excellent job!

The ladies did an AMAZING job, exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend. Will use Tidy Casa again in the near future

Tidy Casa cleaned my house (condo), which was in very bad shape before I had family coming to stay for a few nights. My house was a cluttery mess and I had no time to get it situated before my family or the cleaners came. They did a wonderful job all things considered. They cleared things off the counters and put it neatly (as possible) in a little box. They deserved double pay for what they were able to accomplish in a short period of time! They even folded my toilet paper creating a decorative little flower on top. I was very impressed and would definitely hire them again! They've also recently made some adjustments to their online pricing. I like that you can easily select any add-ons you may want but can also take things off (like a room you don't need cleaned). I think this makes it even easier to make sure you get everything you need and not what you don't.

The cleaning went great. They showed up on time did a great job with everything and I was very satisfied with the work. :) I've hired them twice for move-outs and both times it was a good experience.

I have been using Tidy Casa for a couple of months. They are prompt and reliable, however, the quality of the cleaning is just ok. Every time they fail to clean something. Also, they swiffer the floors but don't actually clean them. At the price they charge I feel they should at least mop the floors.

The service ranges from good to excellent, depending on who is sent. They never miss and the apartment is always clean and fresh after they are gone. Pricey, but reliable.

It went well, very professional. Came on time & did a great job. But unfortunately it's too expensive for me.

We paid extra for the move out cleaning of our house. 3 people showed up 40 minutes late and worked for an hour and a half. They performed a quick wet mop of the floors that cleaned very little. The bathroom showers were not particularly clean. The sinks were not done well. We could not see any improvement in the appearance of the toilets. This was an expensive service (almost $48/hr) for mediocre results.
