+ -1 moreTICE APPRAISAL WAS REFERRED TO US BY A FRIEND. THEY WERE PROMPT FOR THEIR SCHEDULED VISIT. THE GENTLEMAN PERFORMING THE APPRAISAL APPEARED TO BE VERY THOROUGH. HE MADE SURE TO NOTE ALL DETAILS SUCH AS BUILT IN CABINETS, UPDATED HARDWARE, BATH FIXTURES, NEW DUAL PANED WINDOWS ETC. WE WERE PLEASED AT WHERE OUR APPRAISAL CAME IN AND CONSIDERED IT FAIR. BECAUSE THEY CAME RECOMMENDED I DON'T RECALL SHOPPING AROUND MUCH FOR PRICE.
Description of Work: WE USED TICE APPRAISAL WHEN WE WENT TO REFINANCE AND IT WAS NECESSARY TO HAVE AN APPRAISAL DONE OUR HOME. THEY CAME TO OUR HOME AND DID A COMPLETE WALK THROUGH.
