In addition, we provide cleanings for model homes and newly constructed homes, prior to buyer move-in. We also provide janitorial cleaning services for commercial and medical facilities. In addition to cleaning services, The Property Concierge allows you to rest assured that while you are away we will watch out for the safety and security of your beloved home. We offer weekly or monthly property and house checks in Scottsdale and Phoenix areas to ensure your home is in working order, while we make certain your property remains free from any signs of prolonged absence. No surprises when you arrive home.

We provide home owners and winter visitors peace of mind while you are away with weekly or monthly in-person exterior property and interior home checks to help identify any current or potential issues, while you are away.  We make certain your property remains free from any signs of prolonged absence. No surprises when you arrive home. Beyond safety and security, our property checks provide you long-term cost savings as we ensure your critical assets are in good working condition. Leaving critical aspects of your home unchecked, can eventually lead to major problems, as well as costly and stressful repairs, in the future.  Regular home checks could prevent these impending issues from creating safety concerns and health issues for your family. If maintenance work is required, we will provide recommendations or set up appointments for you, with our exceptional vendors. My grandma hired Property Concierge while my her health wasn’t well, and she appreciated the detailed cleaning help from both Chelsey and Grace. Our family was very satisfied with the service level that the company provided. All staff was very kind to my grandmother, was very responsive to messages, and sent cleaning reminders each week. Pricing was fair and we liked the option to have no locked in contract and add on services like cleaning the fridge and oven. We would hire them again. If you’re looking for top level care, we highly recommend Property Concierge.

In addition, when we collected payment in October 2023, it was the exact amount as your original quote. I am so grateful to have hired Danielle and her team for a deep cleaning of our new home. Danielle communicated promptly and thoroughly and her rate was exceptionally fair, given that it was a big job. Her team of two showed up early and worked tirelessly, not quitting until the job was done and no detail was left undone. I would not hesitate to hire Danielle and her team in the future.
