In addition, we provide cleanings for model homes and newly constructed homes, prior to buyer move-in. We also provide janitorial cleaning services for commercial and medical facilities. In addition, you no longer need to worry about city or home owners association fines with The Property Concierge trash rollout and retrieval services. In addition to cleaning services, The Property Concierge allows you to rest assured that while you are away we will watch out for the safety and security of your beloved home. We offer weekly or monthly property and house checks in Scottsdale and Phoenix areas to ensure your home is in working order, while we make certain your property remains free from any signs of prolonged absence. No surprises when you arrive home.

We provide home owners and winter visitors peace of mind while you are away with weekly or monthly in-person exterior property and interior home checks to help identify any current or potential issues, while you are away.  We make certain your property remains free from any signs of prolonged absence. No surprises when you arrive home. Beyond safety and security, our property checks provide you long-term cost savings as we ensure your critical assets are in good working condition. Leaving critical aspects of your home unchecked, can eventually lead to major problems, as well as costly and stressful repairs, in the future.  Regular home checks could prevent these impending issues from creating safety concerns and health issues for your family. If maintenance work is required, we will provide recommendations or set up appointments for you, with our exceptional vendors. We did not complete a clean for you on June 17th, 2024, as you stated in your review. We completed one clean for you in October 2023 (10 months ago). In addition, when we collected payment in October 2023, it was the exact amount as your original quote. You stated, in this review, that you were charged extra on June 17th, 2024- again we only worked with you one time in October 2023. Please ensure this review is provided to the correct company. I am so grateful to have hired Danielle and her team for a deep cleaning of our new home. Danielle communicated promptly and thoroughly and her rate was exceptionally fair, given that it was a big job. Her team of two showed up early and worked tirelessly, not quitting until the job was done and no detail was left undone. I would not hesitate to hire Danielle and her team in the future.

Hi [Member Name Removed]. Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the services received. I would like to ensure that all factual information is provided. 1- You were scheduled to have services at 10am. At 9:35 am you called me and stated that your car was not working and you were unsure what time you would be able to meet the cleaner to let her inside the apartment. The cleaner was already on her way to your house with an hour drive time to your location. She had to go back home and wait until you were able to arrive. We agreed for to arrive after 12pm, as you didn’t know how long it would take to get your car running. The cleaner arrived at 12:50pm. 2- Prior to you booking, I provided an ESTIMATE. I explained that the estimate was based on condition of the property at time of arrival. You agreed. 3- The tub/shower along required an 1.5 hours of work due to excessive black buildup on the floor and that is why your end cost went up $25. Your estimate was $165-200. The final invoice cost was $225. 4- I waived the $25 due to build up that the cleaner missed on one kitchen cabinet. Therefore, your total end cost ($200) was within the estimate provided during our initial conversation. 5- Per your request, you asked the cleaner to call you before she was done so you could lock up. She waited over 30 minutes for you to arrive and you still did not arrive. She was forced to leave as I could not charge you more to have the cleaner wait for you to arrive to the apartment. 6- If I could add screenshots, I would…Instead I am copying quotes of how you spoke to me via text. “You are a dishonest person” “Oh goodie, the maximum of the agreed upon estimate for less than the work requested. You must have have an MBA. “ “But honestly, I hope you're ashamed and that you're out of business soon.”
