They are friendly, on time. I would use them again in the future.

I never had any problems with them but they were just one of those luxuries we had to omit from the budget. They use environmentally friendly products, things that are safe around pets, nothing toxic. The staff is usually in a team of three or four people so they’re in and out very quickly. They’re fast. If you ever have any problems with their service, they make it right. If you have anything broken they reimburse you for the cost of the item and credit it toward the next cleaning. They leave everything nice in the way it looks and even rearrange the things on the counter and make the space look inviting. They do a little organizing. Sometimes they’re not there the time they’re supposed to be, sometimes it’s a little earlier or later, it’s not the time you originally agreed on based on their schedule. They usually let you know ahead of time that they’re rescheduling you. Sometimes there might be a little issue of a language barrier but they usually have one person on the team that speaks English.

They came right away when I asked them to. They did not do a good job. The price was to high for the service that I received.
