I purchased very nice GE dishwasher. Ed, the salesman, has sold appliances for years and professionally matched me with a product that wasn't even on the sales floor. The installation was on time and well-performed.

The work was all done in one day by a three-man crew, which worked quickly and, more importantly, professionally. Fifteen days after installation, the glass in the sliding portion of the patio door developed three cracks of glass. Home Depot's service manager responded, came to the house a few days later and viewed the glass, deemed it a manufacturing flaw, and immediately ordered a replacement sash which arrived in about two weeks. The sash was installed the following day. The bottom line is that I am very satisfied with the product and the personnel involved in my transaction.

I purchased a new front-end washer and dryer. During the time that the purchase was being considered I think I spoke with every associate in that department, including Robyn from Interiors. They were all helpful and did their jobs well. I did, however, have a problem with the installation. Home Depot uses Barlow Distributing for their installations of this type and when they delivered the washer they did not take the time to level the washer. Accordingly, when the washer would go into it's high speed spin there would be vibration and a rattle. I reported this to the store and they were properly concerned. We had Barlow's come out and check the installation and they adjusted it, but still did not check for level after I even mentioned it saying it doesn't help much because there could be floor irregularities. They also threw away the transport bolts without providing them to me in case I might want to move and take the machines.

They get straight A's. Once sufficient tile was received and delivered to the flooring installation contractor (Ambassador Flooring) I was promptly contacted on a Thursday and scheduled for the following Monday. On Monday morning the assigned installers, Kevin and Steve, arrived at the promised time, removed the old carpet and assessed the condition of the concrete slab. Mine was in pretty good shape so I required only about $90.00 worth of repairs to level the floor. The repairs were done on Tuesday and the tile was actually laid on Tuesday and Wednesday, with the grouting finished on Thursday. I had opted to seal the grout myself and did that on Friday. The result is beautiful in all respects. Steve and Kevin took their time to do the job correctly and I was able to return five boxes of unneeded tile and two bags of grout. I also suggest you keep track of in-store sales. I saved 10% on both labor and materials by so doing.
